Highly disappointed!! Ordered online and went to pick up my order. Not only was it not ready at the time it was supposed to be but it then took them another 35 minutes to get our order made. Employees were standing around more than ever. That’s not tater problem. The problem is the girl in the picture who thought is was funny to slam other online orders on the counter and laugh when called out by a doordasher. Apparently they hire anyone.

Have a wife who is 6 months pregnant and all she wanted was their pico and chips. Came in to pick that up and the manager and employees were super kind and graciously just gave it to me. We’ve also been here several times and picked up our favorites to go and it’s always been great!

The food is over priced for such small portions. I paid 20 dollars for a burrito bowl and the steak was salty my salsa was salty the chips were stale. And the cashier's were rude. I'm never coming here again.

This place is HORRIBLE I got a burrito bowl and the food was cold, undercooked rice, 70% of it was guacamole, and the gave me half a scoop of chicken, which was super overpriced.Never again going here next time I’m going to the one by grand international. 😡

My personal experience is with online order, it hasn’t been that great the past two times I’ve ordered online. They haven’t made my order incorrectly and it’s been a little frustrating but but other than that the food quality is still good.

We have used the Chipotlane probably five or six times since it opened near us. All of our expeiences have been great until last night. We got back from a trip out of state at about 9:00. We ordered our food through the chipotlane, and when we arrived, they had enough steak to make one of our tacos, they didn't have cheese for a quesadilla, and they didn't have chips or guacamole. This is terrible management. The young lady who helped us at the window was very nice and apologetic. I expect better. Our order confirmation was FD3-RA2
I’ve been going to this location for the past few months every week, and all I can say is I love going here not for just the food, but all of the employees. They are so sweet and friendly, and are also very accommodating to every person that walks in

I went in tonight and unfortunately will not be returning! Small portions of food and my chips were STALE! ! Everything I asked seemed to bother the server! I wish I would have got her name because she was so rude! In general the experience was horrible and do not recommend!!!!
