I went to Denny's yesterday for lunch. They were very accommodating. The service was Excellent! The food was amazing. I had The bourbon chicken skillet. It was fantastic.

Eggs and hash browns were undercooked. I think the grill cook had the flattop turned up too high because the hash browns were crispy on the outside but raw in the middle. Is there anywhere in this town that has an edible breakfast????!

Denny’s in Clifton, Co. Pete the cook is fantastic! Best breakfast we have had in years! He is off at 2:00 so get a great breakfast or lunch! The wait staff is great or I should say the gentleman we had was outstanding. We had not been in year or more because food and staff was pretty bad, so we never went. We will be going again because of the cook Pete and the male waiter. So glad Denny’s in Clifton, Co. is back!!!!

We came in to an almost empty restaurant. The host eventually sat us, then 10 minutes later a manager I’m assuming got our drinks and said the waitress would be right with us. 20 minutes later she took our order and then we never saw her again. Our food came, COLD, after we had been there for an hour we asked for her twice and then still not her, but the man/manager brought cold nachos, cold chicken and the plate the bacon was on was hotter than the bacon. The waitress finally came to check on us with empty glasses and cold untouched food and said sorry she was too busy … but she was too busy gabbing very loudly and inappropriately talking badly about her guests, which we could hear very clearly. Everyone has bad days, but with that attitude she should’ve been cut.

UPDATE: the service and wait here is horrible now. I'm not sure what changed. Things were great and now, not so much.

All the managers should be paid more, all of them. They do a great job. I love the waiters and waitresses, Angel, Brook, Jerry, Em, Bonita... One of the few places in town where I'll eat a burger. Randy's went downhill a few years ago, and started charging me 50 cents for substituting cheese from swiss to cheddar. Red Robbin is like eating a salt lick, and cost 3x as much. 5 Guys is a joke. I want my servers and managers to be paid enough they won't leave.
