Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Worst Freddys in the state. If you are looking for cold, nasty food and the slowest service then this is the place to go. My order is screwed up 100% of the time. Apparently there was a lettuce shortage tonight when I gave them another try.

The food was okay. My chili dog was put in the bag upside down so made a huge mess. However my service experience was poor. I was the only car in the drive thru & there were only 3 other vehicles in the parking lot. When i pulled up they said they'd be with me in one minute and i waited for close to 5 minutes before someone took my order. Then I was given half my order & waited another 20 minutes for the other half which was only 3 kids sundaes and a concrete.

We have always had issues with this Freddy's forgetting food or messing up our food. Today we decided to give them another chance! We went through the drive thur! They gave us a extra cheese curds but not our kids chichen strips. So frustrating to get home and not have the food we asked for and paid for.

I also forgot to mention we waited forever for our food for it to be wrong and some guy was on his phone and could of been helping.

Each time I come an employee always forgets something. Which means cashier isn't double checking bags before handing out, and whoever packs doesn't double check either. Which is a shame because the food is very good no doubt. The wait time definitely goes up in drive thru in the evening. The last time I was there they forgot some of my sides and I went back into the line. Took longer to get my sides then it did when I went through the first time. One of my forgotten sides was cheese curds. I waited a few minutes before they gave it to me. They were really greasy and only warm on the outside. Because when I bit into it the cheese was not melted and was cold. I'm assuming they had just dropped them in ghe fryer and probably took them out before time so they could get me out of their drive thru line. Again food is good, it's just employees need to check bags more to avoid issues.

I came in Wednesday night (09/18)
The young man who took my order was very polite but they all seemed to be stressed and in a rush and that is completely alright, they did well.
However there was this older man who appeared to be in his 30s, just slacking on his phone while everyone else is running everywhere. The difference in their pace was astronomical, he would walk and take everything slow whereas everyone else is nearly running. He had a collar so l can only assume he's a manager. Why wasn't he helping? It took 9 minutes to get my food and that's fine but I feel like some improvement on team work is needed here....

We had an issue with a mobile carry out the other day, the gentleman at the front was very understanding and patient with the situation. Everything was fixed in the end and we even got custard he was so generous! He had long hair and wore glasses. More stores need staff like this!!! 5-star review HANDS DOWN!!!

As always the food was great. But this Freddy's may have the same staffing problems all businesses do currently. The young man that took our order was great, friendly and helpful. But once we were done we headed out to leave, but needed to use the restrooms before hand. I will someday get smart enough to not do this. Those bathrooms were in need of cleaning and supplies. After asking for some tissue paper for the ladies room. We were finally forced to use napkins. Yuck. There is only one stall for each gender, thus a line runs up to the ladies door.

I never leave bad reviews but there's always this young lady who works drive through who is very rude always has an ear bud in and definitely needs to be retrained because she can not work drive through properly.

We are not from around here. We stopped through Clifton on our way to the airport (since it was in our way) and we were starving after driving for 4 days straight. Never have I been treated with such hospitality in a fast food restaurant my lord! You guys know how to make someone happy and all the constant smiles between the employees and each other aswell as the other guests like us in the building. This is not like McDonalds at all. I am making a point to come back here whenever we get back in grand junction. You guys are amazing, my husband and our kids left the store with smiles and talking about how our experience was on the way to the airport.

Kid-friendliness: Outstanding hospitality, when we left an employee stopped me. And he offered my children aswell as my husband and I Oreo cookies for our patience and told us he was thankful that we came in and to have a great day. Kid friendliness would have to be and understatement. Family friendliness!

Took a minute to get my food, however it was 9:40 and there were only two people running the store. They were extremely polite and even gave us an extra side of onion rings to compensate for our wait time. I don’t even know what was going on with the other store off of horizon but these guys know what they’re doing!

The burgers are delicious, the service is good, they are friendly, the service is fast and the atmosphere is comfortable. Only the bathrooms were a little dirty.

Easy to get to location just off the freeway. The burgers are always good and the cheese curds are great. I'll stop again
