Food is consistently decent. Service when ordering is often really slow. We have waited over an hour multiple times. We have been told there is only one driver multiple times. This has been an issue and should be resolved by those in charge.

How does a place that advertises “Freaky Fast” not have a single person to do deliveries??? Horrible business practice for sure!!
Huge shout out to Trina and Bethany for their hard work tonight 5/30/25. These ladies got slammed with deliveries right at closing and still handled it well and were very kind! Keep up the good work ladies🤗

Ordered online to pick up. The girl who helped me was very nice, smiled, and thanked me. The sandwich tasted good, definitely. The problem was the first four solid bites didn't have any meat on it. When I finally did get to the meat, there was only one layer of turkey and then the two strips of bacon. And no cheese. There was, of course, plenty of lettuce! $10 for a meatless sandwich is not what I was looking for

My girlfriend and I ordered the new toasted Ultimate Italian sub. The sandwich was very tasty. Unfortunately they did not put any veggies on them. I had to ask the girl for our veggies and she gave them to us very slowly. We split a full sandwich a bag of bbq chips and medium drink , potato salad and a pickle. It cost over $30. Definitely not worth the sticker shock.
The music was so loud we could not even finish our meal in the store, which resulted in a cold, soggy sub we ate at home with ears still ringing.
I had scanned the QR code on the table before we left and told them about our experience.
The marketing manager Trevor Schmitt reached out to me with an obviously canned response telling me they would fix the problem.
I replied saying i would give them another shot if I got a sub on the house. That would make me happy.
Sadly he never replied back. I could just imagine him laughing at me and showing my email to all his coworkers.
I will not be dining at the shop again.
