I understand that fast food is no longer cheap. My experience has to do with the quality of food. The chicken was greasy and could not taste the seasoning. Very disappointed!! Employees dropping F bombs in the back. These words do not offend me, but the manager in me found it inappropriate.
Huge shout out to the GM, Lynette, for helping my family through a 2 hour GrubHub nightmare! We had an order cancel on us, after being delayed 3 times. Lynette stayed calm and kind and tried to help us figure out why. Had to reorder our food, only for it to be pushed back once again. I've never had to call a fast food restaurant so many times in my life. She stayed cool through it all, including stopping what she was doing in store to answer my 50 million phone calls!
