Sunday place is empty so why is it a 15min wait for some wings just wings apparently you should go to a wing place for wings this isn't the place and they have a promotion for them posted however they aren't doing that anymore so take the dang sign down

I ordered a 12 peace chicken nuggets and asked for the large fries and drink he said it was 11 dollars and some change I said ok and pulled up to the window at that point he hands me a small drink? He said he didn’t hear me and said he would fix it from there he come back said my new total is 18.98 after looking at the receipt and asking him how it should he charged me for my original meal and then charged me again for a large fry ? And when he handed me my meal I only got my large fry and nuggets?? For 18.98 and he said that’s right what a joke of a company and all well waiting there friend come up to the drive through window well I was waiting come on kfc do better

My brother and I came here for lunch, when we were walking to head into the building a worker walked out and told us the lobby is closed. So we decided to just go through the drive through we sat there for a couple minutes waiting to be talked to and when Sierra our cashier decided she wanted to take our order she was very rude. We had planned on going in to eat originally so we had two separate orders and through out the whole ordering process we could hear the girl sighing in complaint and replying in a very rude tone, other times I have came here later in the day the energy has been completely uplifting and kind. This was negative and rude. I don’t know what had happened to her before we got there but this is not a good example of customer service coming from someone who has 5+ years in customer service.

Honestly I have not been to kfc much but this was a horrible experience I waited 45 minutes to be told they haven't started working on it yet I literally saw 10 people come in and out the entire time I was there some people were there for 10 minutes why was my 45 minutes and I still didn't get my order 0 Stars

The Food was okay at best wasn’t anyone there at the front desk which was weird since the place was dead and you should definitely plan on asking about your sauces when you get there or they will definitely forget
They forget to put stuff in your bag. I have friends that no longer go to the Clifton KFC because of this. Missing food items and sauces often. I called to let someone know and was told that it is my job to ask and make sure items were put in my bag.

We were coming through town around 8:00/8:30 pm. We ordered hot wings. We had to wait 9 mins for our wings. So we decided to run an errand and return for our order. Upon returning all 4 employees were outside the back of the building smoking. There was no one in the dining room or the drive thru window. Someone did come to help us at the drive thru but it is concerning that the business was unattended. Sanitation and awareness is our concern. Hope this business finds better management.

Who is in charge here?? I just literally waited 29 minutes in the lobby for a 2 piece. Cashier had the worst attitude. Lobby was disgusting. Dirty tables. Food under cooked. Flies everywhere. Trash all over. This would never happen in a big city.

My wife and I came through the drive through, we sat at the speaker for a few minutes without a greeting or any kind of acknowledgement. Once someone came to the speaker they were extremely rude. The building was filthy to a point of concern. And the woman at the window “a large tattooed woman” was also filthy and extremely rude. We were informed there were no biscuits without Compensation, then our order was a piece of chicken short and cold. My wife and I will never return to this location due to a lack of service, cleanliness, and simple common courtesy. KFC was once my favorite. Locations like this one have destroyed a legacy and continue to drive customers away. 🫤
