Tried to call for 10 Minutes and the line was busy the whole time. Tried to call to see if I could pick my order up earlier then scheduled no one ever answered cuz they had the line busy.... got here and cold see 4 people standing around in the back while I waited 5 minutes for someone to come up to the register I even said hello loudly a couple of times..... used to love coming here but it will probably be the last time I come here

I just picked up an order I placed through the app… I used drive through to grab it. For one… lol that pot hole has been there since I was like 16… and I’m 29 now guys. Cmon fill her in or somethin!!!
Secondly… the guy handed my bag and was anticipating me to leave, there was no one in line but myself. But I ordered a drink so, I was anticipating my drink. I had to ask and then his coworker was like “yeah… LARGE Dr Pepper” almost like cmon dude do better. ‘‘Twas funny to me lol. But yeah… read your orders and then provide what was ordered. I’m not mad just, baffled by stupidity lol. Sadly, the chicken in my famous bowl is so very, very sad. Needs some flavor or freshness or love. I’m sure it’s just an off day or whatever. Not angry. Not even disappointed, just… “MEH” I’d say.

Paid 12 for that with a drink. Suppose to get a hot honey sandwich for free. Did get the sandwich. But with just the pickles no honey sauce. And had to wait 15 or 20 minutes past when it said it would be ready.

I don't know what happened to this place but it used to be pretty good but not the last several years it has gone downhill, my most recent order the gravy was left out there was only a half a cup of mashed potatoes and everything was ice cold very very disappointing will probably never eat at this one again

Went through the drive thru, paid. And then was told to park and wait. This was not the issue. We proceeded to wait 20 minutes, and then had to walk in where they handed us the wrong food. We then walked in and finally recieved our food. When we got home, my biscuit was a pancake and I was missing sides to my order. Super slow and inconvenient for a fast food place.

Not only made us pull up to get fresh fries, then didn't bring us food at all, had to go in and then they gave me the wrong food aswell after waiting 20 minutes. What the hell man... never been to a KFC so disorganized before. Thanks.

Karly the person on shift was rude and served me cold food and the sandwich I got the bag was opened from both sides wasn’t cooked all the way someone needs to go in and correct this she was rude to my friend who came to pick it up to the point I had to come in and express my complaint
There was not a lot of people sitting in here eating, but there was quite a few people waiting for their food, all looking frustrated. I tried to place a two item order and they asked me three times what I ordered (1 piece of chicken and 1 small gravy) and still didn’t get it. The fourth time they asked, I said, forget it and left.
When I tried to place the order several times, they asked me if I wanted a biscuit. I said no, and I was told I had to get the biscuit or they couldn’t ring it up. I suggested I did not want it and I was just going to throw it away, why waste it? Crickets

Food is well cooked, the lady at the drive through was very nice. Pot holes and the unevenness of the road must be fixed! My poor sadan almost didn't make it to the window to pay! Please consider this, thank you!

Twice now our meal has taken 30+ minutes. Everyone in there is waiting the same amount of time. Two, 3 piece combos with a side of cole slaw, mashed potatoes and a kids meal. Both times stuff from my order was missing. This place is filthy, witnessed multiple employees drinking while cooking the food and using their phones. Don’t even get me started on the customer service after you nicely ask for your missing items.
