Ordered on door dash and they put all the wrong food in the bag with the right receipt and when we drove there the girl smiled and was like “yeah that’s my fault” laughing about it then the other workers called out the same order so they knew it was messed up and sent it out anyway I guess expecting us not to go get it fixed or something?

The lady with the pierced cheek was incredibly rude to my wife as she was picking up a mobile energy. Shouted at her when she tried to pick up her order, wouldn’t get the soda, and forgot part of our order. She made a comment about “bad energy”.

Chicken is smaller now, price went up, no silverware for mac and cheese, they forgot my butter and honey with my buiscuit and they forgot my Korean bbq sauce. Overall 2-3 stars max. Atmosphere was good though.

Food was fine I ordered a famous boulder, which could be 100% better if they'd use real potatoes to make bowl potatoe flakes just don't cut it when you have good chicken. They did seem to be short staffed that afternoon, could explain the slow to get attention and assistance

Went today, drive thru, 245 pm. Employee recommended french fries over potato dippers (or whatever theyre called). Okay, Ill take the fries with my chicken fingers. I drive around, wait five minutes. Employee says they are 'all out of french fries' at 3 pm on a Friday (after recommending them). I get mashed potatoes/gravy. Another few minutes, hands me my bag and I go. No napkins, no fork for potatoes. Service = crap. Never going again.

Ordered a 5 piece of tenders got 4 asked for a side of coleslaw got charged and didn’t receive. Guess you should always check your bag before leaving ruined my dinner
Tried to call for 10 Minutes and the line was busy the whole time. Tried to call to see if I could pick my order up earlier then scheduled no one ever answered cuz they had the line busy.... got here and cold see 4 people standing around in the back while I waited 5 minutes for someone to come up to the register I even said hello loudly a couple of times..... used to love coming here but it will probably be the last time I come here

I just picked up an order I placed through the app… I used drive through to grab it. For one… lol that pot hole has been there since I was like 16… and I’m 29 now guys. Cmon fill her in or somethin!!!
Secondly… the guy handed my bag and was anticipating me to leave, there was no one in line but myself. But I ordered a drink so, I was anticipating my drink. I had to ask and then his coworker was like “yeah… LARGE Dr Pepper” almost like cmon dude do better. ‘‘Twas funny to me lol. But yeah… read your orders and then provide what was ordered. I’m not mad just, baffled by stupidity lol. Sadly, the chicken in my famous bowl is so very, very sad. Needs some flavor or freshness or love. I’m sure it’s just an off day or whatever. Not angry. Not even disappointed, just… “MEH” I’d say.
