April 10th around 4pm purchased 8pc chicken, 2 coleslaw, mash potatoes & gravy. Chicken was so dry it was like eating jerky. Coleslaw, potatoes, and biscuit were good. Called location and told them they needed to throw that chicken out, and was informed they had just put new chicken in warmer. Didn't offer any compensation for dried up chicken. Just thanked me for letting them know. This location in Clifton, Colorado has been crossed off my restaurant go to list. The stars I gavewere for the sides, NOT the chicken.

I had the 2pc dark meal. Both chicken legs and thigh was so greasy that I had to squeeze a napkin around to get some off. 2 napkins were drenched! I only love the original and so.e greasiness is expected but this was as if the chicken just sat in grease for a while. Other than this, no complaints at this location.

The chicken pot pie is absolutely incredible. If it's available definitely get it!!!! The chicken wraps are phenomenal as well you can get a free one on the app highly recommended absolutely delicious!
It's a typical KFC with food quality.The one issue that sets this KFC apart from other fast food restaurants is Shelby, the manager. If there are issues, she fixes them. We had an order issue, and she made it right pleasantly and professionally.
