I’m not sure who runs the night shift during weekdays but they need to up their game. I ordered 2 5$ McDonald’s bundles and they keep coming plain. The first time it happened I thought it was a genuine accident. I put a call in and went the next day to grab it. I got pulled into the parking place and waiting for 20 mins before calling them letting them know they forgot me lol. They came out with my food about 5 mins later it was fresh and everything nothing bad! Only the whole reason I came back was so I could get my McDouble with pickles and onions and there is never any of that!

First we ordered the new chicken strips that were dry, he didn't ask if I wanted sauce, the sign said that it came with chili sauce, then the french fries with no salt we're cold. I didn't know you had to specify that you wanted hot fries.

Every time we put in a mobile order a doordash go through the drive-thru or even inside our order is always missing something. Should focus on getting your customers orders correct instead of playing grab ass and talking about how much marijuana you smoke the night before. Y'all complain that you don't get paid enough yet you can't do a simple task like get a customer's orders correct

Horrible costumer service. I understand not wanting to be at work but acknowledging the costumer, and not having an attitude is the bare minimum.
I got a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin with no bun. The girls at the window weren't friendly, the cheese I got was put on the bottom and melted to the box and the food smelled extremely spoiled that it made everyone in the car nauseous. Didn't bother going back because I didn't wanna deal with it and instead drove a few miles down and went to another mcdonalds. This location needs to be better
