The manager on the phone was so rude. We were missing 5 happy meals through DoorDash. We called just to see how we could get it fixed and the manager hung up on us. Pretty disappointing

Prices went up again. Now they are charging .25 for a water cup when it's 100 degrees out. I'll go elsewhere, as others must have. This place used to be packed at this time

Would give a 0 if i could. Went through the drive through and got a # 7. Got home it was just a bottom bun wrapped up in the wrapper for one sandwhich and the top bun in the other. Cannot make this stuff up….

Went to mcdonalds tonight orderes one meal and just got the aandwich and the dr8nk didnt get the frys that was to make it the meal and order two more sandwichs and got them and a fry with it what they did give us but they where ice cold

Won’t give full refunds when no food provided. Sounds illegal to me. Requesting a chargeback from my Bank is easier than asking them for a refund. - don’t say to call to make it right. We did. You did nothing but an apology and kept the money!

Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe, chicken was old! Rubbery texture. Absolutely gross couldn't even eat it. Need better food control i know there is hold times for food maybe have your staff check it. Hopefully I won't get sick

Got 3 meals all with custom orders and the food came fresh hot and accurate. Very nice. Please take down the wallpaper in the play place. My son has epileptic seizures and we had to leave bc it gave him auras.
