My brother came to mc donalls to get us food and order ahead on the mobile app and waited there for 15ms he had to go park an go inside to speak with them, unfortunately we didn't get our food and got our money back an had to go somewhere else! He said they were extremely rude to him and he wasn't comfortable going back anytime soon!

Luis is great! He helped us in mobile pickup tonight and we were amazed with how helpful and attentive he was. When we went inside to find out his name to put on his good review we saw him helping all of his customers with a smile on his face and he didn’t have anyone waiting around. Awesome job Luis! The young kids who work here need some training. The mangers should be ashamed of themselves as they are the ones training our next working class and teaching them work ethics and quality .They can’t get orders right and seems to always be out of food or soda machine broke or something always not working, the drive through experience is very poor.
Instead of calling out food numbers they have 5 of their friends at the counter laughing and joking while everyone's food gets cold. Our number wasn't called out we had to eventually find our food sitting on the counter uncalled

This location consistently leaves food out of my orders. I usually notice and go inside but this time my son picked up the order and they didn't give our two mcchicken sandwiches. He noticed and went inside to get them and came home. It was when I checked everything and saw they only gave him one when he told them two were missing. They also didn't include the sweet n sour sauce that was supposed to come with the chicken nuggets. He didn't have enough gas to go back so I had to reach out to support to see what can be done. I will not be going to this location anymore. ALWAYS check your bag at this location!!

In the middle of the Navajo reservation is this lovely restaurant which has wonderful help and food. They did great with everything we needed, & food prepared perfectly. We loved our visit there as we traveled from Phoenix to Colorado.
