What an awful place. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru with only one person in front of me. Spent $35 on three combo meals only to have them all be incorrect and of lousy quality. Pretty disgusting actually. I knew better than to expect quality from a Clifton establishment, but I was excited to try the new chicken sandwich variation. I learned my lesson though. It's too bad that incompetence and piss-poor quality is the standard these days. I've heard they've changed management several times, but it appears for the worse.

This store makes you wait 10 to 15 min when you order Cajun chicken strips then doesn't put them in the bag! The first time they offered 350 points which I took thinking it was an honest error, the second all they would refund is 5.25 for 6 chicken strips( you can't get 6 strips with either of those) guess they don't want loyal customers to keep returning.

Middle age cross dresser with pink hair running the drive thru was insanely rude and condescending. Didn’t understand them through the speaker and asked what they said, responded to me in the most condescending and slowest way possible, incredibly immature and uncalled for. Plus they got my order wrong and had to turn around and go to the counter to get my order fixed. Either get them to fix their attitude or fire them

I was met with a very rude response to me saying “thank you sir” (I hadn’t seen the person speaking to me through the drive through speaker). The response I got was “I’m a women”. Which is fine but once we got up to the window the person that had taken the order never responded to me saying thank you and I’m sorry. Very terrible experience.

Okay fried chicken, heavy on the breading, overly greasy, and the spicy chicken isn't that spicy. For fast food fried chicken it's okay(better than Sonic's though)stick with the Cajun fries.

I had a chicken sandwich popcorn shrimp and mashed potatoes and gravy. On 4/14/24 and then about an hour later I started violently vomiting. I hadn't eaten anything else so I know it was the Popeyes. I tried to call them and warn them that thay shouldn't sell anymore of that batch if there was any left, but thay wouldn't answer there phone. So if anyone is going to get food there today dont

I'm not sure if it was the restaurant or Uber Eats but I have never had an order so wrong in my life.
Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 2 strawberry cheesecakes 2 fries, and 2 drinks from the drive thru, we received 2 chicken tenders, one Oreo cheesecake and a small macaroni and cheese. The only thing they got right was the drinks. No receipt given, therefore no proof of their monumental screw up. Used to like the chicken sandwiches, however we won't ever go back there, ever.

Every time I have been to Popeyes in the last two years, they are always out of something. I went through the drive thru. I got my drink, but had to pull around to the front of the building and wait for 15 minutes for my food. Not the first time this has happened.
