I have been ordering from the Clifton Qdoba for a while now, and usually the staff is on top of it. This time around I ordered my usual (bowls) and the rice was completely undercooked, called to speak with the manager and he was no help. I asked if he could remake them, as I paid $80 plus a tip. And he whined that he would have to make a whole new batch, such poor service. I won't be back.

I see why that video went vial of someone going behind the counter to make their own burrito. Ordered online and got home to a joke of a burrito, sure it was fat but it was also all filler no meat whatsoever Literally found 3 little plops not even spead out. I'm not blaming the employees but the chain itself quarterly price increases and less and less product. Time to start boycotting all chain restaurants.

This place is amazing! The staff are always friendly and very have a great attitude. Dustyn took care of us today. He was welcoming and gracious through the whole transaction. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He truly went above and beyond. The food was made fast and accurately and as always is delicious. Reccomend 10/10.

Went in today for a late lunch at 2:50 when I entered I got in line to order, I noticed (I’m assuming) the manager with a clipboard coughing and not covering her mouth all over the food areas… I immediately left as I was so grossed out. I would assume if the manager isn’t covering her mouth, she is not watching the staff as well. Also the front door area is a disaster, very dirty and unwelcoming , this needs to be cleaned! To be honest, I had another issue with finding a piece of plastic corner from a bag in my brisket burrito a few months ago, I haven’t been back in since, today I decided to give it a try again to have this happen. Lesson learned, stay far away from this location. 37+years I’ve been in hospitality business and this place is disappointing.

I ordered the nachos from here back in August. I had jalapenos put on them. I've ordered jalapenos before, and never had a problem with them. I ate one of the so called Jalapeno's and it was so hot that it gave me chemical burns in my mouth and throat. Let me tell you how generous Qdoba is. They offered me a whole $100.00. Pathetic. I told them I would settle for $5000.00 and not hire an attorney, but they won't do that I considered hiring an attorney, but I'm going to take this to small claims court since I can sue the actual store for $7500. Now their insurance, Sentry, is the one that made the big offer to me. Fortunately for me, I don't have to deal with those assholes if I sue in small claims court, and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. My suggestion, avoid Qdoba like the plague. They lied and said they didn't put a hotter pepper in my food. Now the owner wants me to contact Qdoba customer care, again. I already did that, then was contacted by Sentry insurance, which is their insurance company. Like I said, I was offered a big $100.00. I'm not contacting anyone again unless they are willing to settle. Otherwise I'm continuing with my small claims lawsuit.

Very disapointed, placed a mobile order for a bowl and i'm not exaggerating when I say there was practically no rice, beans or chicken. All they did was dump a lot of queso and sauces on my bowl to cover it up. Was basically soup at that point. I come here a lot and am always satisified, i've never had this issue. If the workers would have told me they were low on rice, beans, and chicken i would have been willing to wait for new batches instead of the scraps i got.
