The drive thru is always either cutting out or non responsive, the same can be said for a number of the booths. The issues seems to stem from the lack of staff or maybe training ...... We never have these issues at the North Avenue location.

Used to come here to get malts all the time, but hadn't been in a few years. Today I found out they don't have malts anymore and one shake takes 30+ minutes to get. Should have just gone to Freddy's up the road.

I went there to get a quick little meal as I hadn’t eaten all day. I ordered my food in the drive thru and watched the carhop accidentally give my order to the car in front of me. They started eating out of the bag and sharing it with eachother. When the carhop got back they told her it was the wrong order. The poor carhop tried to ask the manager to remake and she told her no it’s fine and tried to give it to me not knowing I saw the whole thing. The poor carhop looked like she was doing all the work running around while the lazy manager sat there giving me dirty looks through the window. I told the carhop it was a food safety violation and to please remake it again. She came out 10 seconds later with a “new order” which I know was the old one put in a new bag since it takes longer than 10 seconds to make new tenders. Then she gave me a free ice cream and when I got home I noticed it looked like someone spit in it. And before you send the regular reply, I already reported this to corporate. Disgusting.

Went here in hopes of getting the 79 cent slushies. I asked if they had them, she said yes! So I proceeded with my order, which was 3 slushies. At the end she said 11.78. Hmm for 3.79 cent slushies? No response. So I got out my car. Went up to there door, and was greeted by someone who claimed they were a manager. I told them what just happened. That i wanted the 79 cent ones, and i will not be paying 11.78 because I asked before I proceeded with the order and she said yes. They then tell me its a App deal only. Alright she should have told me that before I proceeded with the order then. So i had them cancel that order. Made a new one on the app, and went back to the carhop, proceeded to give them my name for the order...to be told its at a different Sonic. So i called the other Sonic to see if i could get it switched to the one im at or refu ded at least nope! I was greeted nicely by the manager at the mall Sonic though. The " manager" came out when i was on the phone with the other one from the other Sonic and was trying to say they just called the other Sonic and Spoke with the manger there and that nothing could be done. Thats lie for one becaude i was literally on the phone with them for the past 8-10 minutes. Where as you were staring at me on the phone being rude, and trying to talk over me while i was talking. I dont think the were actually a manager. They were super unprofessional. And just kept lying. Extremely rude. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED AND SUED. Then when i asked for there name they refused to give it to me. I'm very very disappointed in last night's experience. I won't EVER RECOMMEND YOU TO NO ONE IN TOWN! EVERRRRR!

I would give it all five stars but when I went to this location with my dog I asked for the pup cup there they one charged me for it which the location on north avenue didn’t and even added a dog treat in it as well and gave more ice cream. If you want to take your dog to sonic take him or her to the north avenue location you can get more ice cream for the dog and even get a dog treat in it as well for them.

30 min in the dri er through. The staff were very nice but clearly need more as busy as it gets. 2 things wrong on my order as well.
Great visit to an old favorite. Getting chili and cheese tots is AMAZING and always tasty.

Don't know why you have a menu to choose from. DOES NOT DO ANY GOOD TO TELL STAFF WHAT YOU DO AND DON'T WANT TO EAT BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT GET THE ORDER STRAIGHT. But I guess that my fault because I keep going back. Now I'm done! I'll find somewhere else to get my burgers.
