Starbucks new way of hot coffee is not safe. What happened to brewed coffee. I heard all Starbucks are switching over. Makes coffee drinking for pro coffee drinkers a nasty experience. C’mon Starbucks what’s happening ti you??

I don't know how I'd get through my week without these guys!! The batistas at this location are genuinely the best people, they remember my order when I'm having struggle days, take the time to get to know their regulars, and always send me off with a smile! Bonus points, the outside area has beautiful lavender bushes and I love getting to sit outside in the summer and watch the bees ??
Wheelchair accessibility: Inside of store has wide walkways and a low counter top that provides easier access. Outdoor seating area allows for table access as well! Door is a bit heavy for solo entry

I’ve been coming here for years - 7+! Always a good service here, I’ve had bad experiences with other places never getting my order right.. it’s not even that difficult. Grand Caramel Macchiato, decaf, iced, upside down. I’ve never had they mess my order up unless they accidentally added whipped cream or made it a bigger size. Which I never complained! Who would? Anyways, writing a review because as a former Starbucks barista they do a very good job!

I visit this Starbucks semi-regularly and while I never really have issues with the items themselves, the customer experience has been a different story. Just to be clear, I do both in-person and mobile orders from here. When doing a mobile order I make sure to wait past the suggested time window for pickup, and essentially 4 out of 5 times they forget an item. I wouldn't mind so much if it was something they're out of, but it's often something they have ready made, like cake pops. I then have to go and wait in line to ask them about it because every one of the employees are facing away from me working on someone else's drinks (if they do see me, they don't acknowledge me) and when I finally get through the line the employee will give me a very brief and cold response before they push the item at me without another word. It's not like I'm trying to inconvenience them, in fact they act as though they're more inconvenienced by it than me.

I have been here multiple times because it's close to my house and the last couple of times I've had so many issues I buy Starbucks almost every day and every time I come to this store there is an issue with my drink today I spent almost 16 dollars on a grande pink drink and a customized white chocolate mocha both taste terrible the pink drink hardly had any coconut milk and was super bitter the mocha had starberry cold foam that did not taste like strawberry at all and was medium temp ... I hate my iced drinks hot I asked for it shaken and it's still taste room temp. Long story short for 16 dollars for two drinks I should be getting a lot more quality of drinks then the cashier was watching me while I was putting in my card payment as he was expecting to get tipped and when I didn't tip he decided to not give me the proper state for my drink have me a short one and not a long straw super annoying I normally tip but honestly I won't always and that's ok they make an hourly rate and should up scale their customer service because to top it off they have bad attitudes.

Starbucks next to Chipotle on US 6 & 50 provides much better service and baristas who make good drinks. Don’t waste you’re time and money here
