Got this in the drive thru not inside. The only pleasant experience about this visit was the little old lady in the drive thru. I usually get the iced decaf Americano but lately none of the locations can get it right. It’s either so watered down or so bitter. This time it was very bitter and didn’t taste like decaf. Didn’t have time to go back in and complain.

When my daughter went to the clifton Starbucks, the lady at the windiw handed her drinks and was not careful The clerk spilled some of the drink in my daughter's lap and caused another drink to go all over her car. I don't appreciate the service she received The clerk didn't even apologize for the service.

This is a great new Starbucks. Unfortunately C-DOT has decided to instal a big roundabout at Horizon and G Road which makes Ingress & egress difficult! The construction is ongoing until October. 2025

I'm usually not one to say anything, but it feels like every time I come here the workers are so rude. The final straw for me was them being rude to my grandpa. Him and I were very polite, saying please and thank you. However when we got up to the window the girl was super short with us, was holding the card reader at such an awkward angle for my grandpa to use, and wouldn't even look at us when we said thank you. Go to literally any other starbucks in town.

The manager at this specific store is why I will never buy Starbucks again. Dishonest, and a power tripping bully. As a hairstylist of 10 years, I've bought my coffee at Starbucks almost every single day since 2016. Never again.
