I'm so disappointed. I can rarely make it to this restaurant because they close at 2. I took some days off and was looking forward to a meal here. First I waited over 10 minutes with no server coming to my table. One older gentleman came over to the table across from me a couple times. I was going to get his attention when someone else came by to get the ketchup? from my table. I asked him about someone taking my order and he took it. The onion rings were barely cooked and the bread for my sandwich barely barely toasted and my soda was flat. I never have complaints about my food but today just wasn't my day. Even the server didn't seem very interested in collecting my money. The ticket says to pay your server. I finally took most of my tip back and left enough to cover my bill and left. It wasn't very busy and I did get here at 1. Maybe the food doesn't get the same attention when it's getting closer to closing time? I know you all can do better.
All this being said, I've never had a bad experience here like this before.

So good and its always packed! Service is hard to judge beings that they have so many people all the time. There will almost always be a wait because of how good it is but its totally worth it!

My family has been loyal customers for years. Jeff the owner has been a friend of ours and we always look forward to his pleasant atmosphere. We were totally shocked this morning, when we were treated poorly and asked to leave the property, due to the fact we wanted to talk to Jeff. Jeff's son Arvin made comments we asked him to rethink and retract. He doubled down and laughed in our faces. We left the property and will not be returning
The cinnamon rolls are amazing

We did a take out order and gave it in person just to hang out. We carefully detailed what we wanted (egg whites, crispy hash browns) and that looked right on the paperwork but that was not what came in the boxes when we got home. The food was hot, so that was a win.

Door dashed and got the wrong food had to drive there to get the right orderā¦cold⦠went to car realized food was STILL WRONG.. had to go back in got attitude by employees like I was an inconvenience to them⦠after spending 100$ on food you would think there customer service would be a bit better⦠Understand things get busy but itās not customers fault you guys messed up MORE THAN ONCE.

Was very disappointed. Won't order online again. The mile high burger was way over done, with 3 pieces of mushrooms, 2 onion pieces, half the ingredients were missing...hello...how can you forget the bacon? As easily as they can forget the cinnamon roll and fries.
The food was so good. I bought the ribeye steak and eggs with a pancake on the side. The pancake was huge, and the steak looked to be more than 12oz. Everyone at the table cleared their plates, with exception of the giant-sized cinnamon rolls that came as a side to several meals. Tucker was so helpful when I asked him to let me pay the bill privately so I could surprise the family.
On my way out, I placed a double order of eggs, bacon, and pancakes to go, and it was out faster than I could pay for the bill. I can see why my cousin spoke so highly of this place. It was a perfect place to meet a big family for breakfast.
We had 20 in our group, so called first thing on a Sun morning to make a reservation. The person said ok & took the name. When we got there, they said they don't make reservations on the weekends. They got a long table together fairly quickly, so it wasn't a big deal. The only drawback was our table was in a corner so the people against the wall could not get out and mingle with any of our other group other than who was sitting next to them. It would have been nice to be able to get up and chat with each other while we were waiting for the food. The food was good, and we were served fairly quickly after seated.
Don't waste your time and go to Pufferbelly. It's in Clifton, and they provide Clifton service. Don't expect much.
