if I could do 0 stars I would.this place is trash and the employees are super rude and disrespectful and they always mess your order up I doordash and goto alot of restaurants and this place is the worst place I've ever been too. the Gm of store should really take a look at how messed up this place is ran or corporate needs to look into this place.. if u want tacobell goto one of the other 5 we got in town..

They usually do alright, but today I wanted to try a new menu item so I got the avocado chicken soft taco. I ordered it through the drive thru , didn't open it until I got home and when I took it out of the bag I immediately noticed it look like someone had played catch with it before putting it in the bag. Wrapper was all balled up, sauce was on the outside. Things happen I get it. My issue was when I called in to mention to an employee that this was the state of my food that when I opened this destroyed rapper sauce was everywhere the chicken was halfway out of it and it was impossible to eat and had gone out of my way to call to let them know that they didn't offer me any compensation didn't offer to replace it didn't seem to really Care much they just kind of laughed it off and said sorry with a chuckle. We all have bad days I get it I'm not saying fire anybody but when the food gets to the customer and it's inedible because it's so messy and you're not sure if it's been stepped on in the kitchen and put in my bag you just need to offer to replace it which was not what they did.
