Went at 2am, was pretty good and fast.
Clean and great environment
The young worker taking my order (she) was quite rude, God forbid you order more than one meal because it sure seemed to bother her, my order was missing food and they still prepared my order wrong. Normally like taco bell but the customer service at this location has gone down hill my last few times ordering. If you don't like customers why work in customer service?

Worst ever
I don't know what happen to this Taco Bell the food has been so bad not even eatable. Hard tortillas very small burrito supreme just a little specks of meat beans and alot of red sauce and sour creme. All other items were just as bad.......
I placed an order this afternoon for a LG Baja Blast and a bean burrito on the Taco Bell app for pickup. I waiting in my vehicle for about 10 minutes as I monitored the tracking status. I finally decided to go in and at least get my drink because it was noon and I clearly understood they were experiencing a lunchtime rush. I worked in the food industry for years so I’m very observant and lenient before I react negatively to poor service. I sat down at a table for about 5 minutes and the app alerted me that my order was ready. I approached the cash register and patiently waited as I watched multiple customers being called for completed orders. After another five minutes I stood directly in front of the entire lunch crew. Numerous employees made eye contact and never bothered to ask if I needed assistance or anything. I finally decided to give up on the $1.89 burrito after being ignored by 4 different employees. I obviously was not a priority whatsoever so it seemed pointless to continue standing there expecting a minuscule amount of service. I proceeded to call the manager after leaving the Clifton location. I advised him to inform his staff to prioritize customer service even if you’re busy and pushing through a rush. A simple, “Have you been helped?” would have changed the whole scenario but it was too much of an inconvenience and after the snarky response from the manager it’s obvious why his crew is so careless and rude. I have been a loyal customer to this location for over 10 years and the service and food has always been superb. I honestly think it was just a rough afternoon and I understand the intensity of a lunch rush but you have to maintain customer service at all times or you shouldn’t be in the food industry. Hopefully, this will motivate this location to improve and reevaluate their strategy and performance during their next rush.
Fast clean place
They got our order right. For me, that's a 4-star straight gout of the gates! Efficient, just not inviting or friendly, and on point!! I prefer the food and payment to be done right then the cashier is smoozey with anyone....9 all day!

I like eating taco bell but I always order nacho cheese to go with my tacos and I never get it. It's rough driving back and forth and I'm tired of paying the 60 cents for something I'm never getting.
They really need to make sure people get all their food
I asked for a double decker… it’s discontinued, but did that stop them? Hell no it didn’t! These guys are legen-wait-for-it-dary! That’s right! They go above and beyond. I haven’t had the succulent deliciousness that is a double decker for years, and they managed to bring it to life for me. I salute you true proud soldiers of taco bliss, you are the true winners.
