Hi. Today, just now 12/12/25 around 3:45-3:50pm my husband was pumping gas across the street so I got out and walked over to get us a coffee. There was a man working in there right by the machines. I knocked on the glass multiple times. Each time no response. I stood there for a minute or two hoping to get a drink. Never was acknowledged. Husband and I left and went over to Starbucks.

I’ve gone multiple times to try and give them more chances. The coffee is great but the service is terrible everyone has been snarky and rude it sucks that I have to drive way across town now to get coffee.

The breakfast burrito was not edible and very small, although that wasn’t really the issue. The first couple bites were scalding, but the center was still partially frozen, and it just generally tasted really bad.

I got the iced mexi coffee and it was amazing. That touch of cinnamon in the coffee gave it a special kick. Great and quick service too. Would absolutely return on my next road trip.

For the past year I've been going every Friday ordering two shaken oatmilk brown sugar expresso add vanilla cold foam once they switched to the machines the service went to crap this location specifically ill repeat my order multiple times to them and they still get it wrong today I went and it happened again so this household of four will no longer order from them were going back to starbucks it once was the staff and service that brought us there
