Just picked up the grossest taco salad. Obviously over a day old. The cheese was congealed in a lump and looked like it was missing half the salad. Won’t eat here again. Yuck!!!

This is the best wendys in the grand valley where your order comes out fresh, a presentable sandwich, the associates smile, seem genuinely happy, and they seem to have a system of operations that kicks out orders within chaos that keeps flowing the line.

Not sure who will see this and fix this my wife and I made a mobile order and had it paid for 30.87. She goes to the speaker tells them we had a mobile order and they say pull to the window like normal , when she gets to the window she goes over the order and says we still 14$ how do we owe money when we placed a mobile order that already charged us we didn’t even add to the order then they start arguing with us on how well u owe us we aren’t giving u the food till u pay us how we already paid u through the mobile order after everything we called customer service and they fixed it BUT UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND NOT WELL TRAINED HEAD MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE STAFF AND GET RID OF THEM

We ordered 2 taco salads through the drive through. The meals were incomplete, they did not include the 2 chilies nor the sour cream. We had to drive back from home again to get the missing items. Quality control has got to improve

My food has always been impeccable the service has been impeccable they always accommodate my desires on my specialty drink, all of the staff has always been cheerful and professional. I have never heard any of the staff be disrespectful or rude to any of the customers, they assist the elderly when they have trouble , the get to know their regular customers and treat them like family, only better.
