My mom went to get me a 50 piece nugget, an order which I've made about every few weeks give or take, and they told her they've never sold the item. This would not have been an issue normally, however they treated my mom poorly, were rude and overall made her cry. I will not stand for this regardless of your position or how long you've worked at the location, this is disgusting behavior and you should not be working in service if that is your active attitude.

This place is terrible we ordered food pick up (paid) get there and they’re closed for store cleaning at 8pm we try to go through the drive through and workers came out we explained we ordered food they just say we’re closed, this place sucks!!

Service was fast, but the food wasn't fresh at all. Cold fries and a lukewarm chicken sandwich. For $13 I had hoped for better. Main problem was the portion sizes. Fry container was half filled and the chicken sandwich is a JOKE that should be served in a kids meal. The chicken patty only filled half of the bun. Menu pictures of the chicken being larger than the bun ( like it's always been for decades) are MISLEADING. No doubt Wendys has the best testing spicy chicken in the game, but the portion size and absurd prices made this my last Wendy's trip ever. Fast food in general will die if this is the road they continue down. Dave is rolling in his grave at what has become of his company

The worst burnt burger I've ever had. And the chili now has so much ketup in it. Not inviting to eat.

Albert was extreme nice and professional telling me the chilli wasn’t the best so he offered to switch it out for something else free of charge Chris was also very kind and professional great service!!

i go to this Wendy's all the time . very good staff most of the time very cheerful. i ordered baked potato buffalo chicken nuggets fries . Chicken nuggets had no buffalo sauce fries were old bake potatoes was rotten disgusting. small made my husband nauseous ..

I had a interview at this establishment and when I went in for my interview a GM named Paula cane up and I said hey I have a interview she then said oh I don't have a place for you you can leave. I wasn't even sat down to get interviewed or anything I feel very discriminated by this and is was very unprofessional situation I will never go to this establishment again I love the good bit the service is absolutely terrible

In the last 2 to 3 months the night crew can't let more than one person order until they get that order to the person and then they get to the person that's at the drive-thru waiting to put in their order, then it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your order when any other Wendy's would take five minutes or less. The morning crew rocks and get your stuff out super fast. The night crew jams their stereo so loud that you can hear it while you're getting your order taken. I don't think I will be going to this Wendy's at night anymore as it takes way too long. This also isn't the first incident as I go there at least once a week. This has literally been happening the last few months. The guy on the headset will that one person order and then come up to the window and then while he walks around with his headset off he makes the next person wait more than 5 minutes before he lets them order when he's literally doing nothing but walking back and forth. Maybe you should have your morning crew train these guys.
