We left Mesa headed toward Rifle for the night. After walking multiple trails we were hungry. Mountain High Pie wasn't exactly on the route to Rifle, but according to the high reviews we decided to go 30 minutes out of our way to try it out. We arrived at 6:35pm and the hours online say they close at 8pm. Definitely NOT the case. A group of individuals were in the VERY tiny patio area eating pizza but we were told it was closed. Honestly by the outer looks of the place, I would haven't chosen there to eat if we hadn't went out of our way to get there. Just goes to show, you can't always trust excellent Google reviews somewhere :(
Best frappuccinos ever!!
Can't wait to go back!
This place was amazing got to meet the owner Monica she was super friendly as well her other lady she had in there I didn’t get her name but my goodness can she make some banana pudding and the pizza was the best one I’ve ever had thank you for being such a great place
Great pizza, super friendly people!
Wow! Their artichoke dip is the bomb diggity! Served with really fresh veggies and roasted garlic bread. The people that worked there were very kind and attentive. Their pizza crust was super yummy. I got the peter piper pie and it was the ultimate pepper pizza! Delish!
Pizza was okay. I’ve had better but not many choice in this area so it’s not that bad. Staff were super friendly and they had a bunch of games (connect four, cards, etc) that you could sit there and play.
Food was quick and excellent. Fairly priced as well! We ordered 2 ranchers pies and had them in about 10 minutes.

The pizza was 10/10 and the shake was great. It had to be our #1 eating out experience this year. We met the owner and she was friendly, cool, and engaged. Service was great and the patio was cozy. I never feel like I get my money's worth at restaurants anymore, but this unassuming place was so worth the stop. I wouldn't change a thing. We will be back, Thank you so much!

When in Collbran, you MUST visit Mountain High Pie. The pizzas, breakfast burritos, and cinnamon rolls are amazing, and the lovely owners are the best. You will not be disappointed with your MPH experience, and I'll bet money you'll return any chance you get.
