We had a great experience at Vega Lodge the first few days of June in our fifth wheel. Check-in was easy, the views were spectacular, the Lodge was cozy, and they have lots of little extras; horseshoes, roping dummy, volleyball net, lawn games, football, and playground. We got to chat with Luke (owner/manager) several times, he’s a very likable guy and he obviously works very hard to maintain the lodge. I have not had that enjoyment of staying up at the lodge but we go up once a month to hang out at the lake, walk around get some exercise and then we go to the lodge and order some of their yummy food and have a couple of drinks what a great way to spend a Saturday.

After a long drive to Vega State Park, arriving at the Vega Lodge felt like a breath of fresh air. The warm atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly faces made it a truly delightful experience.
