The younger woman who was working here at 12- lunchtime- on 7/18 was so INCREDIBLY rude to most of the customers in line. An old man came in.. she rushed him through his order, was very rude (eye rolling, raising hands), and continues to be despite seeing that he was confused and needed help understanding the menu/options. he ended up not even getting what it was that he wanted. I understand that the lunch rush can be stressful, but it doesn’t warrant any rude behavior. We are all people. have some empathy.

It’s great to have a subway in town but unfortunately it’s 50/50 if the sandwiches are right… we regularly order online and often it’s the wrong bread, not toasted or missing cheese. Today it was missing the $1.50 extra mozzarella.
Came in just this morning with a large order for a family trip. The team working here was absolutely phenomenal. They were patient, fast, and made great sandwiches. Definitely would recommend this location, even though it is inside a gas station, this location does not fail to impress. Thank you!

Customer service was okayI wanted banana peppers but didn’t get any :( bc I told the first assembler but she did not tell the next maker in lineCommunication w your coworkers is important ! You don’t need to share your personal lives but making sure a customer gets their specifications specified is an important relay to make :( because now my sandwich is kinda ick w no kick.That’s the other thing. Don’t make a gross sammie! Personal lives no. The best sandwich and ingredients yes? If you think what ur making is gross it probably is. Have pride in your craft, ladies!!!!It is a subway sandwich stop inside a gas stop tho so really I’m just glad they were there for me ❤️ thanks!

Show up some days their open, other days they are closed at the same time. Today there is 3 people inside behind the counter, sign says open, hours state that they closes at 10pm but the doors are locked and when I knocked to show them the door was locked they just shrugged. Guess it’s easy not to care when it’s not your personal business missing out!
