I ordered a large jamocha shake to share because I always get them at other locations and they are in a large clear cup and are enough to share not this time, I ordered one and they gave me a small white cup and I asked if that was a large and they told me yes. I was so disappointed. I won't be going back to this location because they are never the same as other locations.

Worst place in the world to eat loyal customer who lives across the street and still no respect or common human decency their literally no one ever there and when they finally get a customer there unbelievable rude lol i give out free stuff i gave posters to the last manager who worked there but no one likes free stuff watching YouTube videos or animals my channel is about animals I actually feed the food i get to my family because I've never liked Arby's I'm more of a Carl's jr person they are at least nice to a customer that's been inside using coupons for 32 years I've no brothers or sisters so I'm always trying to share food and free stuff since I also have a little anime store but being a friendly local person means nothing to the stores I've help keep in business for years lol I hope they close down or get better kinder workers I won't be back for a couple years until them losers are fired

My husband had the Pulled Pork Meal (sweet BBQ sauce) with curly fries and Dr Pepper. I had only the sandwich. Everything was inedible - Dry, blackened by reheating multiple times, tough, and tasted awful!. I’m concerned that the two bites I had might make me ill, thats haw bad it was. The fries were just were aslo bad (stale, hard, over salted, bad taste.) Even the Dr Pepper had a perfume like taste. Of course we are traveling and were several miles down I70 by the time we found out so no refund, we just trashed it all. We are out just under $20 and still have had no dinner. We know what the Pulled Pork sandwich is supposed to taste like for we ate at Arby's in Goodland KS 3 days ago.

It's Arby's, the food is whatever, but they only ever have 1 person working, so you need to wait up to ten minutes, parked out front, to get your food. The teen working the drive thru has no energy whatsoever- I don't blame them, but management has clearly given up and seems to be waiting for the building to be condemned instead of just shutting down this underperforming franchise.
