It's Arby's, the food is whatever, but they only ever have 1 person working, so you need to wait up to ten minutes, parked out front, to get your food. The teen working the drive thru has no energy whatsoever- I don't blame them, but management has clearly given up and seems to be waiting for the building to be condemned instead of just shutting down this underperforming franchise.

While the store itself is outdated and has seen better days, in dire need of a remodel, this does not reflect the service, which is wonderful and fast. My food was prepared promptly with a smile and attention paid to the specifics of my order. My reuben with au jus was great, and I left ringing the bell. Thank you to the staff for their wonderful service. ❤️

Tina definitely is the reason for my 5 star review she was super sweet and kind and made sure my food was made fresh to order so I had no problem waiting in the front for my order! Way to go Tina!
Drive thru, the guy asked if I wanted any sauces, I asked for a couple of Arby's sauce. Got home, receipt read 3 Arby's sauce. 0 Arby's sauce in bag and none on double regular sandwich. I ordered a small strawberry shake, he handed it to me with strawberry shake over the outside of the cup rite into my hand. Show some respect for your drive thru customer and make sure what you hand out is clean. Maybe fast food drive-thru workers cars look like spilled food and drinks inside, but most people don't live like hogs.
