I really enjoyed the horchata de cocoThe food was delicious. We had the quesabirria. The service was good. I feel they could of been better. With napkins right away. We were eating our food and the consume is so messy we needed napkins but she didn't bring them until we asked for them. The straws the lady brought us had holes in them, we had to flip them upside-down to work which was kinda inconvenient. But we worked with what we had. They did give my daughter a free flan...
I have been eating at La Güera’s for 8 years now. They have never let me down. The menudo is one of the best in Colorado. The red chilaquiles are my favorite. With so many “Mexican” restaurants around the vicinity it is very difficult to chose but La Güera’s gets my vote for best AUTHENTIC Mexican food.
Ps. Ask for the salsa Quemada with your meal. Spice and flavor are amazing.
