2 times bad service 1st time a bad driver wouldn't bring the pizza to the door was rude and disrespectful. Plus said do not order food if you can't afford bigger tips he already got big delivery pay. I called and complained. I was given apology they give me free pizza I called today was told order would be 45 min to hour it has been now over hour 1/2 that I called in again the manager again apologies said he refund me and the food is free tonight no food yet it's now a hour and 45 min not even the free food shows up.I will check with my bank to assure a refund was given. I gave black jack pizza 🍕 a chance to make up for bad services never again will I order from them ever they did this 15 years ago it's not worth it.

They always have my order ready and hot. The pizza looks delicious every time and my salads am I hot wings they always cook them the way I like them

I had food delivered for my cousin , im from the springs so I actually didn't eat or see the store. But the times I have called they gave me great service, and cousin got food in timely matter. I love the black jack in the springs on uintah!

TERRIBLE, my son ordered 2 pizzas, 1 with pepperoni and another supreme. When he got home, the one with pepperoni was there but the other one wasn't and he went to change it and the woman who served him, named Danielle M., didn't want to change it because he had ordered that one. I'm the supreme one on the ticket, the name is Good Deal and it's the vegetable one and he comes back again to show him that on his menu the Good Deal is the one he had ordered, even though he didn't admit that he was wrong and he wanted my son to accept that by force. He had ordered the cheese one until 2 other people came out with the pizza from the back and told him that he was right and they gave it to him. That woman just looked at him very badly, so despotic and rude, I will never return to that place 👎🏼

The website sucks and glitches a lot, making a simple order take way too long. Plus, the delivery driver just my pizza outside (there’s literally snow on the ground, so the pizza is obviously cold), and didn’t even ring the doorbell. 100% the worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had!

Ordered black jack for the first time today. I was not feeling good and didn’t want to cook. I ordered through door dash. So at 1pm I placed an order for a large pizza and 8pc wings. At 1:20 I got a message from my dasher saying they were running behind and would have it ready in another 15min. At 2:00 I get a message from my same dasher saying that BLACKJACK sent out my order to another customer and had to remake my order. When I called them they said there is nothing they can do because I ordered through a third company. The fact that they are unwilling to admit fault and won’t offer to make it right. Not hey let me send you a coupon for your next visit or let me send you a soda. Nothing, not even a sorry. They put the blame on the dasher who was there on time and waited the entire time for my remake. They took no responsibility at all. I will never order through them again.

This is a cozy little spot quiet good service and delicious pizza . Definitely a good blackjacks. The pizza was served hot and fresh and the employees were friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for some quick pizza

Ordered food from doordash. It took them 1.5 hr to make my pizza. 2 dashers waited and went away,, but they are very very slow.

Green olives, black olives, red onion, green peppers, mushroom, pepperoni, and ground beef on hand tossed with marinara and garlic olive oil sauce.

So I have loved blackjack forever we actually moved out of state and when I came back I ordered it. When we received the pizza it was wrong. Talked to managers he said he'd fixed my bill it never happened. Just call him today to let him know that my bill wasn't fixed and it was the freaking manager that hung up on me

Kid-friendliness: They are not accommodating at all the pizzas that they messed up were for my children and they did not refund me my money at all and management just hung up on me
