They’ve done the same thing to me many times, I pay for double protein and they serve me very little. I don’t recommend this location

A lot of rice and beans, but cheese sauce, and meat was little. Ask for a little more. I get a sigh or rolling of eye's. Also difficult to communicate with.

I went there to eat there and my food had a fly, what a disgusting thing, I don't recommend going, it's disgusting.

Haven't tried the food but I pick up deliveries here a lot and they are very nice and attentive and don't make you wait on purpose which is not common for this area and is much appreciated.

We order a lot from here bc it’s close to our job. They used to hook it up with a decent burrito. Portions were even. Lately the burritos are smaller and smaller. Today I bought the smoked brisket $17.50 dollar burrito I’ve taken 4 bites and it’s nothing but rice. Very disappointing. Don’t think my coworkers and I will spend another $60 here. Don’t get a burrito unless you want a skimpy ass burrito.

Rolled eyes when asked to change gloves for an allergy, “customer service” is waiting for the manager to first finish talking to the back staff about their days, and horrible cashier service. Instead of trying anything to figure out the issue, they gave a corporate number to call.
Overall, poor attitude from all staff and lack of knowledge on basic job functions. Please send someone nicer than the ladies I dealt with today.

SUPER stingy with the protein, had to ask 3 times just get one full scoop of brisket, which is extremely uncomfortable to do so but damn for $14 tacos come on.

I placed an order for drive thru and had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I pulled up 3 times so they can hear the ding, I honked my horn and even tried calling them to let them know I was at the drive thru. I could hear them laughing and talking so I know there was several people in the back. Another person was also behind me waiting to get his meal.

9/28/2024 Entered at 8pm and workers were already packing up to close once we got in workers were bothered and started with attitude girl who attended us was rude and denied having some of the food we wanted and was sighing when we were adding bowls .
