Hey, I haven’t been to this location in a while because I always seem to run into some kind of issue here. I thought I’d give it another shot today, but nope—same story. The lady working was so rude and didn’t even want us sitting inside. I never feel welcome here, and honestly, I think I’m just done coming to this location altogether.

My husband and I came here to get a Banana split and a Blizzard (almost $20.00 right there) the kid working behind the counter was so rude! Got my banana split and came home (5 min away) and realized that the ice cream was extremely runny! Couldn’t even enjoy my banana split, had to put it in the freezer so that it wouldn’t make a mess when I do eat it!

This was a really old Dairy Queen that was so cute because it looked original. But it was clean and the lovely young ladies that were working there were so friendly and polite. They told me this particular Dairy Queen has been owned by the same man for over 40 years and that he still comes in everyday. They both really seem to enjoy working there. Our order was quick and accurate and we will definitely go back. Give this place your business. They really deserve it!

The female staff member who took care of our orders yesterday did an excellent job preparing the banana split around 12:30 p.m. She has handled previous orders for us, including cakes and other treats, and consistently demonstrates politeness, efficiency, and great customer service.

I am over the moon! Customer service reached out and helped me solve my problem. Very rarely do you get a company to help out with a negative experience. I am truly thankful for the manager replacing my cake. 5 stars all around. I really appreciate your empathy in this matter! There ice cream is and always will be the best!

The pumpkin pie Blizzard was amazing, but the chili dog was less than appealing. The hotdogs are microwaved, and the chili was kind of gross. First and last time I will eat their chili dogs.

Third time in a row they got my order wrong. A blizzard with 2x the Reese's. Instead, this time, I received cookie dough with Reese's pieces. I really don't understand why this is so difficult...

Whoever the manager is not very customer service friendly. I had an early job and all of the landfills were closed the previous day. I woke up as early as I could to take care of my trash. I made sure it was OK with the employees to park for the morning, I was about to go in and purchase some supplies for my workers, and also tip the employees at the establishment and she proceeds to tell me how inconsiderate I was and she was about tow my vehicle. Good news I will never come back and support your business or your establishment. To one owner to another, I would recommend to handle your customers better. Seems that employee has many negative reviews on the Google page. The best way to end this interaction was to not say anything, especially when we are leaving - allow the customer to make purchases and leave the customer alone.
