Hey, I haven’t been to this location in a while because I always seem to run into some kind of issue here. I thought I’d give it another shot today, but nope—same story. The lady working was so rude and didn’t even want us sitting inside. I never feel welcome here, and honestly, I think I’m just done coming to this location altogether.

My husband and I came here to get a Banana split and a Blizzard (almost $20.00 right there) the kid working behind the counter was so rude! Got my banana split and came home (5 min away) and realized that the ice cream was extremely runny! Couldn’t even enjoy my banana split, had to put it in the freezer so that it wouldn’t make a mess when I do eat it!

This was a really old Dairy Queen that was so cute because it looked original. But it was clean and the lovely young ladies that were working there were so friendly and polite. They told me this particular Dairy Queen has been owned by the same man for over 40 years and that he still comes in everyday. They both really seem to enjoy working there. Our order was quick and accurate and we will definitely go back. Give this place your business. They really deserve it!

The female staff member who took care of our orders yesterday did an excellent job preparing the banana split around 12:30 p.m. She has handled previous orders for us, including cakes and other treats, and consistently demonstrates politeness, efficiency, and great customer service.
I am over the moon! Customer service reached out and helped me solve my problem. Very rarely do you get a company to help out with a negative experience. I am truly thankful for the manager replacing my cake. 5 stars all around. I really appreciate your empathy in this matter! There ice cream is and always will be the best!
