Slow. 28 minutes to do a single burrito and they weren’t even slammed I had another couple in here probably waiting ten minutes longer than myself. I go to fast food for it to be fast. You owe me money for the food I ordered and I charged $250 an hour. This is ludicrous. Pep in the step like what the heck.

Order was incorrect but that would have been ok if the 3 people in the back looked at me like I was an alien when I nicely told the gentleman at the front. Dining area was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting and there are 3 people standing around in the office and kitchen areas doing absolutely nothing. The entire place reflected the attitude of the poor management and cook. There needs to be a complete overhaul here if Del Taco wants to survive. I LOVED this place and to see the name disrespected like this just makes me shake my head.

Took 15+ minutes in drive thru, repeated me twice but when I pulled up and they saw I was white they changed how they serve me and still gave me mild even though I asked for hot at the window and the menu mic, cold food served, ran by kids

food was okay got a hard shell taco nothing crazy but the atmosphere was horrible there was an employee with blonde hair seemed like she spoke spanish who was screaming at employees while i just sat there and ate she made me feel very uncomfortable then proceeded to sit in the lobby and get on the phone and do nothing while the younger girl was picking up her slack idk if she’s the manager but that’s no way to speak to employees especially in front of customers you guys need to get this fixed or FIRE HER!

I realize this place has been shut down for a while and they are probably understaffed. First time going back I ordered a chicken taco salad. After waiting about 15 minutes I received beef. Not too big a deal, I ate it. Today some family members stopped in and ordered me a chicken taco salad. They waited about 20 minutes, over heard staff say they were out of meat, then when they got home with my salad it was lettuce and chicken. That's it. $7 for lettuce and a few pieces of chicken. C'mon...

Street tacos were great!!! Had to come a 2nd time to confirm that this place is good. There are certain things on the menu that are decent but if you pick the right ones you'll have a good meal! DESSERTS ARE WORTH IT!!!

I called ahead of time to make sure they were still open. They said yes and 1:55am was their last order time. My husband got there at 12:20 and an automated message played at the drive thru that they were closed and people were outside taking stuff out the back door. Don’t advertise you’re open and say you are when you’re closing early.
