Ordered Domino's online en route from Colorado Springs, expecting their usual speed. Arrived exactly 30 minutes later for pickup. Shockingly, my order wasn't even begun. Told to wait 15-20 mins, I did. Returned after 10-15 mins: zero progress, dough not even prepped. This complete lack of readiness forced me to cancel. While they said it was canceled, they provided absolutely no cancellation receipt – leaving me with nothing but wasted time and no apology.

Don’t ever order from this company place. My wife ordered last time and it gave her food poisoning and now I tried over an hour ago and they said it was over an hour wait for me being less than a half mile from there. Forget this place and go somewhere else. I believed in second chances but never again. Terrible!

I’m not sure on this works name but he is a black man with an accent I would say about 30 to 40 years old. He was very disrespectful towards me on two separate occasions when he brought me my pizza
