My experience with this Domino’s is always pleasant. However, tonight seemed especially quick the driver was prompt, courteous and attentive to detail to my order. Everything turned out hot and delicious.

Update: The store owner, Jake, reached out to me personally to apologize for our awful customer experience the other night. I was relieved to hear that my phone call with the manager that night had been recorded and the owner had listened to it fully before calling me so he was completely aware of exactly how terribly his manager had handled our situation. Jake was happy to refund our order and our next order if we'd be willing to order from them again in the future. It is hard to find good help these days and it's no secret that good customer service is now a rarity ??‍♀️, but after speaking with Jake, it's clear that he is a good owner and wants to run a good business with helpful, kind employees. We will give them another shot at some point, because of Jake, and hopefully his staff will have improved by then.

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star! My husband just visited our local dominoes to retrieve our order for this evening. He returned home and realized the order was incorrect so he returned to the store and asked that they remake his pizza, they did, but when he returned home again, he realized the pizza had onions on it, which, again, was incorrect! So I called the store and the manager on duty began yelling at me and was extremely aggressive, she continued yelling over me and said she can't control all the idiot 15 year olds working there (even though she sounded maybe 16 years old herself). I asked that she just refund our order and we would no longer order from this store and she said "no" and hung up. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ Customer service these days is appalling, but the kids at this store really take the cake!

18 yr old female manager yelled at my wife on the phone and blamed us for them messing up our order. The buffalo chicken pizza with no onions we ordered didn't have buffalo sauce. They also forgot our stuffed pepperoni cheese bread.

I went back into the store to get it fixed, showed the manager the receipt for the missing items, and they made a new pizza and the missing cheese bread. I thought I was done, until I got home and discovered the pizza had onions on it. This is typical from this store and I normally stop chasing perfection at this point.

Tonight was different, my wife decided to call because they can't ever seem to get the order right. Immediately, the manager was defensive and blamed the issues on her workers and even told my wife she was pissed at us because we didn't show our receipt so they could make it right (which is incorrect because that's how we got the missing parts of the order). My wife even tried to calm her down over the phone.

We go to this store multiple times a week and spend $100's a month because we live across the street. But we've had it, we're done. Papa Johns is right up the street and we've never had a bad pizza from them. They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Here's a few lesson's I would leave for this Domino's that hopefully make their way to the owner/manager (based on my observations in the store and 20 years of leadership in the USAF):
1. Leaders take responsibility for their teams mistakes.
2. Leaders know how to control their temper, nothing is a surprise.
3. Leaders don't try to do everything themselves.
4. Wear gloves when you stick your hands in the cheese and stop wiping them on your pants and touching your face.
5. You get what you pay for, that includes who you hire and what you pay them.
6. The customer is not always right, but if you want their business, you need to make it right.
7. In the food service industry, animosity between the costumer and the business makes the customer worried the business will spit on their pizza (also the #1 reason why we are not going back).

The food is good, but they're always understaffed. Took more than an hour just to get my food into the driver's car and this happens all the time. If they would hire more than 2 drivers and 2 cooks I'd give this place a 5 star rating. Management is more concerned with saving money than their customers. Take your business else where.
