This was my first time at a Dutch brothers, the Barista was extremely friendly and very helpful, and because it was my first time she gave me my drink! More places could learn how to treat their customers like Dutch brothers. Definitely be back thank you

Workers don't seem to want to be here. No smile ,not kind. Drinks didn't good taste like other db locations. Inappropriate music, my kids shouldnt have to hear swear words while waiting for their drinks. Sunday afternoon.

Just a bunch of high school age kids, playing loud music, that don't care at all. I've been here numerous times and I can't stand coming here because the wait is so unbelievably long its ridiculous. I've never seen a more slow coffee shop in my life than this place. Always a 30-45 min commitment of time to get a dang coffee. I have left this coffee line before because it takes too long. Just today one car sat at the window for at least 10 min. I have never had these waits ever at Starbucks or Ziggis. I won't be coming back if you can't be considerate of people's time and STOP asking me if I want to tip for a coffee. The answer is always no! Pay your own employees!!

Super friendly & helpful staff. Coffee was good but not the best I've had. They definitely do not have the quick thing down. I waited 20mins in a not too busy drive through...for coffee...

Took nearly an HOUR after placing an order ahead (2 normal menu drinks), was quoted 10 mins to be ready and watched dozens of cars just arriving get serviced before us with no apology or explanation. Literally saw employees running out to take orders for the cars while we waited. Trying to cancel order because they couldn’t/wouldn’t there, 70 min wait to chat with a human and 12 mins listening to crappy hold music for the automated phone system to hang up on me. With all the other one star reviews will avoid in the future and advise you do too. Email sent to request refund. Should have gone to ziggis!

WOW! I am writing this as I have sat in this drive thru for 43 minutes waiting. I still have not been able to order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!

The slowest Dutch Bros out there.

I waited over 30 minutes in a drive-thru line with just 10 cars, and it was brutal. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, and the service has really gone downhill. It used to be a lot better, but now it feels like they’ve just stopped trying.

Don't waste your time if there's a line. Waited over 30 min to be skipped when they came back out. Ended up just leaving and not getting my coffee. I'll just save my money making my own from now on.
