My drink was completely wrong and the young girl was extremely hostile and rude towards me. Won’t be going back.

The kids taking orders are rude, and clearly hate their jobs! I know customer service has gone downhill but geez work some where else if you hate it! We just asked a question and the little girl rolled her eyes said whatever and is there anything else. So, we will just take the drive and go to the other locations!

For some reason this this location has better drinks that taste way better than the one closest to my job. Very friendly staff and they are quick with the orders

The girl that was working was so rude and mean! The guy who made my drink put soft top on my drink and this is what I got!

Walked up at 230 on 10/30 was not greeted for over 5 minutes while the broistas were chatting and hanging out in the drive up window. When I was finally greeted and my order was being taken the girl taking it Acted like I was an inconvenience to her hanging out with her coworkers. I was starting to like this Dutch Bros Location but I will not be returning to this location at all. I have been a loyal Dutch Bros customer for over 6 years now and the way I was treated at this store today is unacceptable and the management at this store really need to look into training the staff further on Guest Interactions and proper behavior in a place of buisness.

Got down to order because there were 100 cars in the drive through and nobody at the window, ordered 2 drinks before almost every car and still got my order last. Straight trash

This is by far the worst location that I have been to one my Freeze was supposed to be blended, and it is literally like liquid cold coffee with chunks of ice in it, and she tried to argue with me when I asked her to put soft top on it
I clearly don’t understand I asked for oat milk. I feel like I am allowed to choose what I would like in my coffee. Also, I ended up throwing the coffee away. I’ve never had such a terrible cup of coffee.

We were just in Colorado and two weeks ago visiting my daughter just outside of Denver...she brought us to Dutch Bros because she knows how much her momma love my nonfat lattes in the mornings...omgoshness!!! Im forever hooked! We live in Michigan, and have never heard of Dutch Bros...however...it beats any name brand coffee shop here. in the mitten state! I seriously would
encourage Dutch Bros to consider expanding their business cross country...or here in Michigan! Their coffees and specialty drinks are like no other...10000% recommend !!!.

SLOOOWWW!!! So unbelievably slow!! We waited 40 minutes for 3 coffees that were all sweaty from sitting, they could have brought them to us. They were good, but too slow to ever go back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sat in line for 15–20 minutes, only to watch the car that just pulled up wayyyy after me get to order first with only being in line for less then 5 mins because apparently paying attention to who’s been waiting is too much to ask. They didn’t even bother to check, just skipped me completely.

When she FINALLY came to me I called it out, the best response she had was a limp “I’m sorry.” Wow, thanks — really makes up for wasting 20 minutes of my time.

So here’s how it works at this location: wait forever, get ignored, then watch someone else who just pulled in get service in under 5 minutes. Awesome system…….
