Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed an order for delivery and it said my order was picked up but after an hour of waiting I never received it. I called DoorDash and they were giving me the runaround saying I needed to wait longer so I called the store. After speaking with the manager Collin he called DoorDash himself and got my order redelivered within 20 mins. He was so great and that’s how customer service should be! Thank you to the manager who helped me!

Well, I guess Mike’s Way is a death glare and a burrito sandwich because if you come here 20 minutes before closing the employees look like they want to kill you and they slap your sandwich together like a burrito. Guess the workers don’t know that sandwiches is what pays the bills. Maybe change you hours of operation? Wow

Great sandwich. They gentlemen that was up front was very nice and helpful. I was curious about the red sauce, and he let me try it. Very yummy. I got the Philly and 12/10.

Every time I go to this Jersey Mike's, I am greeted, respected, and provided with excellent customer service, not to mention the food is always fresh and my order is always accurate. I feel like a human being and not a dollar sign. Thank you so much to the staff for always treating me with kindness. 😊 God bless you all! Great customer service just doesn't exist anymore these days. Go to THIS Jersey Mike's and tip them well!

Staff dropped one of the oil or vinegar bottles and it shattered on the counter next to where they were making sandwiches (I don't know why they even had glass bottles up there!). Glass scattered of course. Not only did they just pick off some of the lettuce from the sandwich they were in the process of making and finish it, they did not dump the open ingredient bar. When my dad went to point out there was GLASS IN THE INGREDIENTS TUBS the staff member ironically snapped at him to not to reach across the barrier to point. They had already finished our sandwiches before that happened so we took ours and left, but no one else seemed to care?

So I guess go here only if you are okay with the chance of there being actual glass in your food.

I asked for vinegar, not 10 ounces of it along with the fact that your employees have their boyfriends sitting at the one of the tables, she comes from the back of the counter to make out with him… is this an establishment or a club? I’m ready for something new in this plaza not Jersey Mike’s.

Don't ever order the cheese steak. Barely anything on it and lacked flavor really bad!
