Being a 15 year consistent customer with Jersey Mike's I would like to start off with this location had 10 people on staff for lunch. Not my place not my problem but when your making my food and I can tell that your more interested with your coworkers conversation that you ask me if I wanted Bacon, to which I obviously replied YES and she looked me right in the eye as she wrapped my sandwich up without what I wanted for ingredients. Very tense atmosphere between the staff and the customers feel it. I don't remember the associates name but she was white, a teenager, and with longer brown hair. I will make sure to tell my neighbors that this particular Jersey Mike's isn't worth the trip.

I can't express enough how little meat they put in their sandwiches. I've ordered the cheesesteak a couple times and honestly when I eat the sandwich it's like eating a bread role with a few vegis. I cannot taste any meat in it. There is maybe 1 1/2 ounces of meat in the regular size sandwich, and it costs like $12 with tax! Horrible!!

Walked in with absolutely nobody in front of me. Girl took my order, and then immediately took the order of the gentleman behind me. All of a sudden, the other gentleman behind the counter was cashing me out before she had cut my meat for my sandwich.So after I paid, I walked back over to the beginning of the line where they had to ask me how I wanted my sandwich Once again, more concerned with the gentleman behind me, the person making my sandwich, added the wrong toppings on that the girl mentioned the gentleman behind me wanted on his order. Then, as he finally finishing my sandwich, wrapping it up, still asking the gentleman behind me about his. *****Pay attention to your order in front of you before you serve the gentleman behind that personNeeds better help in there for sure
Never had this food until T-Mobile had a free sub this week. I loved it so much I purchased another one on my way into work. The meat for the big kahuna at this location had 7 pinkie sized rubbery, what I hope to be cartilage, throughout the sub. Couldn't finish it because I kept thinking of companies putting humans in their meat. This company is off my radar as before, disgusted.

I placed an online order through the app on the evening of 8/15/23, but didn't receive my order until 40 minutes later.I came to the store at the estimated pickup time and told the young man at the counter my name, and that I was here for pickup, he told me they were still working on my order, so I sat down and waited. About 5 other customers came in the store, ordered, and received their food before I went up to the counter and asked about my order. I was told, again, that they were still working on it. There were 4 other customers waiting just like I was to pickup an online order, waiting just as long as me. Eventually everyone got their food and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I was watching the workers behind the counter finish making a sandwich and place it on the counter behind them. There was no one else there so I went up to the counter and asked if it was mine? The young man behind the counter asked my name, I told him, and he gave me the sandwich that he just placed behind the counter.How is it that 5 customers order a meal in the restaurant, get it prepared, and leave before an online order can be fulfilled. The order was placed 20 min before the in person-customer was even in the store!And how unprofessional to finish preparing an order and place it behind the counter without calling out the customers name to let them know its ready. I am the only customer in the restaurant for crying out loud, who's else would it be.I love Jersey Mike's food but this type of customer service is unacceptable.

I hardly ever leave reviews for restaurants. Usually I'm not dissatisfied, but because it is usually just okay food, okay service. I was pleasantly surprised at Jimmys. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious. I was especially impressed with the care they take in preparing and wrapping the food. You'd be surprised at the hot mess some sandwich places serve you! Thank you Jimmy Johns staff for your excellent service. A+

Have tried a few of their cold subs. Ordered in-store and love that the meats are sliced fresh for the sandwich. A little pricey for a sub and chips but that is inflation for you. Only advice is to keep someone at the register. People coming in for online orders were being served after walk-in customers and getting irritated.
