I frequent this location and love the sandwiches. This particular visit fell a little short with the food quality; the bread was super hard and stiff almost burnt. I called and spoke with Mason and he remembered me and was very polite, professional and hospitable. He apologized and offered to make a new sandwich. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile and was again very professional and apologized. The remade sandwich was made very promptly. Mason, hats off to your problem solving, professionalism, and hospitality, keep it up!

There’s literally nothing wrong with this JJ. Why so many Karens leaving bad reviews? It’s fast food and better run than 80% of the fast food chains in the area. They deserve more 5 stars to correctly put them above their competitors.

do not order for an event. horrible customer service. here is what happened. I ordered a week prior to the event and when I spoke with the store manger I was told it would be no problem and the order would not be to big. the day of the event I call when they open and I am told all is good they should have it all ready for me to pick up. I arrive 45 mins early to see if I need to get like a cooler bag to keep it fresh. I speak with the AM manager who asked when I actually need it and would actually have it delivered. I asked if he was sure as it was not in the delivery address and I was assured it was not issue. I then received a call that they needed to void the pick up order and charge me for delivery when the store offered to deliver I never asked and was there to pick up. ok whatever I did not complain we did it and I gave a tip before anything was delivered. I was again assured my order would be delivered on time. mind you this order was over $500. I head out to meet them and when no one arrived after 10mins I called and was informed it had left the store and I was the first stop. my location was about 15-20 mins away from the store. I gave them another 10 mins and called and was placed on hold so a peer of mine called and was told it was still being completed and they would not be there until an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. when I heard this I was still on hold so I hung up and called back and was informed by the manger that because he had to talk to me he was not making my order and they were so busy. he placed the blame on me when my order should have already been delivered. anyway when no one was there when they said they would which was a hour late they again said they had not finished as they were waiting on fresh bread. this order was delivered 1 hour and 50 mins late this event only had an hour left so over half the event was over. the bread was stale on the order and over all not great. the manager has offered 25% back which I have yet to receive verification and a gift card which I have yet to receive. this event was mid November. I have had email, phone, and complained through official channels trying to avoid this review but I don't feel like they have taken this seriously and would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

They asked me to signup for rewards for a free sandwich. I signed up and went for my free sandwich. They took the order and told me they were out of chicken. I asked them to cancel my order and they told order was canceled and my free sandwich reward stays as is, as I didn’t use it. I went there today to get my free sandwich and now they are saying I can’t because they already ordered it or something. Don’t fall for these signup reward scams!!! Avoid this store for peace of mind

Completely inaccurate order. Shorted us sandwiches and still tried to charge us for missing items. When figuring out problem the "manager" of the store was giggling and not taking the issues seriously. The training and quality control apparently has been thrown out the door. We don't have many choices of food in this area. Jimmy Johns is typically a okay choice in most cases! This location is surely not a well ran or desirable establishment.

I ordered on the app for ASAP pick up. Arrived at the store 20 minutes after placing the order and it wasn’t ready. The store had a few people waiting but not to packed. After waiting ten minutes asked them if they were close to making my order and the guy making subs said I already made the order for Chris. I told him I wasn’t Chris I was Tracy and he grabbed the order slip moved it to the front and finally made my order. It should not take 30 minutes to get 2 subs if they aren’t really busy. I know they don’t care but I will take my business elsewhere.

The last 2 times I have ordered from here I ordered and paid for pickles. Neither time did I receive the pickles. The orders were on the larger side and were ordered for pick up. By the time it was realized it was to-date to go back and too far to go back just for pickles. Very frustrating.

We love Jimmy John's and get sandwiches there several times per month. This location does take a long time and usually gets part of our order wrong, but the sandwiches are great so we look the other way. We have a large family so our order is usually around $100. We almost always pay in cash, but today we placed our order and went to pay with a $100 bill. The total was $95 and some change, they said they did not accept $100 bills. Mind you, we have paid with $100 bills at that location before. They said it was because of theft. What? If they have a problem with theft, what's the difference between $100 bill and five $20s? A lot of places check $100s to make sure they are not counterfeit... I get that. They did not check the bill, just refused it. Needless to say, they were almost done with the sandwiches by this time, yet would not take our payment, so now they are out the product AND the money. Frustrating, we will never go back to that location again. Poor business practice.

I hardly ever leave reviews for restaurants. Usually I'm not dissatisfied, but because it is usually just okay food, okay service. I was pleasantly surprised at Jimmys. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious. I was especially impressed with the care they take in preparing and wrapping the food. You'd be surprised at the hot mess some sandwich places serve you! Thank you Jimmy Johns staff for your excellent service. A+

This location is a disaster. Avoid at all costs. They sold me a sandwich when they were out of meat and a large drink when they knew the machine was broken.
