I ordered from KFC and noticed how far it was so I canceled for the day. I called to cancel and they hung up on me. Then I went to the chat assistant on app and they couldn't refund me but sent a ticket to upper management. Waited 2 days. Upper management said he couldn't do anything. Good news is I got my refund by calling KFC headquarters. The people working at this location are incompetent and don't care about you. You've been warned.

We ordered and waited for more than 1 hour, but they didn't give us our orders than we asked about our receipt, but they didn't give us that as well This is one of the worst KFC we have ever seen in my whole life Those who work there are all kinda crazy
I was in there Saturday Nov 9th on national chicken sandwich day and was sad1 to see that this location does not honor it so moving forward I ordered fifteen dollars worth of food and was told that nobody can get a complimentary cupof water anymore UNBELIEVABLE unsatisfied customers

Quick lunch from work.
Counter service was no-fuss but, efficient. My food came out in a reasonable time and everything was fresh and ? Only thing was, Coleslaw was out that day but, I got gravy, which is my favorite.
Will be my quick go-to for lunch.

Terrible customer service, food was taking forever and they excepted me to pay twice because the computer didn’t show payment but the manager clearly ran my card, I showed him my bank account and he said there was nothing he could do, I even called my bank and I was charged for my food. Clearly something is going on with the manager trying to charge twice specially if he had an attitude not trying to fix the problem.
