First of all, this restaurant was not busy when I came in. There was some sort of management meeting going on in the dining room. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, asked for it to be cooked fresh, was told it would take 8 minutes, I agreed to the wait. I also ordered a chicken little for my friend.22 minutes later I went up and asked for my food, the manager got my food, bagged it and I went to my car. Upon opening the bag, they had missed the chicken little. I went back in and the manager said he would get it for me. I watched the manager come from the dining room, walk back to the cook line, did not wash his hands, then started to make the sandwich, he dropped the piece of chicken on the floor, picked it up and finished making the sandwich. When he handed it to me i was at the 31 minute mark. He did not apologize, just handed it to me and walked away.I threw the sandwich away on the way out the door.DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!COLONEL SANDERS WOULD BE ASHAMED THAT THIS PLACE HAS THE NAME KFC ON THE DOOR!!!

Wish i could tell you how good the chicken is but i have been there 3x in the last 2 months and twice they did not have any chicken available for 20 minutes and the third time they said they only had crispy chicken. When i asked how long it would be for original flavor, the answer was "i don't know".I wont waste my time again. Right across the street is Popeyes chicken and the always have chicken.This KFC should shut down.DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE OR CHICKEN FROM THIS OCCASION.

I ordered a 5-piece and was told I needed to get a 6-piece even though there was a 5-piece tenders on the menu. The 6-piece changed the piece to ala carte which increased the cost. Then there was a 10-minute wait for the meal. No I would not return to this location. That was deceitful.

We ordered a 8 piece meal bucket, and two pieces of dark meat were not cooked all the way. We told the manager, she checked the driver and there was a problem. She shut it down and started another frier. Gave us another bucket of chicken and a free cake. Manager gal was AWESOME. Went on 4/20.
I don’t eat out very often and the one time I did in months I got food poisoning from your undercooked chicken please do better!!!

This place never has enough original chicken. I've been there twice in one month, no original chicken. They told me I had to wait 22 minutes for the chicken. I said forget it, and went across the street to Popeyes.

I've never walked into a restaurant and had the guy at the counter just stare at me, standing a whole two feet away from the register, vacant stare doing nothing.Had an issue with an online order, he called over his coworker who was very rude and defensive when all I did was ask "Why did my online order get canceled?" Then after running to my car for a second, I cam back in to reorder, 4 staff members were standing at the counter doing nothing until a different one decided to retake my order.Granted its a slow sunday night, and I don't take issue with employees having a chill laid back night. But you can be relaxed and chill without making customers feel completely unwanted. I don't think I've ever walked into any place and felt more like the staff thought I was a nuisance. They also skimmed me on the mashed potatoes.

Literally NO other customers and they STILL could not get a 3 piece tender meal and 2 piece chicken meal correct. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a correct order from this place. The WORST Kentucky Fried Chicken on the ENTIRE planet! -Love Karen! Seriously putting together a correct food order isn’t HARD! Why do you continually suck at your JOB!
