Usually, and I mean usually, I get the food I ordered with great service. Maybe they were busy for a Monday night, but I was a little upset my pizza didn't come how I ordered, nor was it ready at the time I chose for pickup. The wings were good, but when you ask for a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza, and receive an entire pepperoni pizza, its upsetting. Not enough to call and be a Karen to the manager, but enough to leave a 3 star review, because an employee didn't fully read instructions. I'll continue to go to Little Caesars pizza, but DIFFERENT locations. The two in reunion always do better, anyway.

If the hours say that the store is open until 11PM, don’t lock the door until then. It doesn’t matter if you’re no longer taking online orders. Hours are there for a reason.

You go online can order for delivery. If the delivery is wrong you have to wait for specialists to approve the refund you can't have it redelivery or reordered. I have gotten an email however it is from door dash and I have to wait for it to be approved to get my money back.

We need better customer service. We call to do a complaint about our pizza was not good. they hung up on us!!! I always come here never had a problem. But that's not cool !!! HR needs to get involved. 9-13-2025 1:26pm ... very disappointed

The Gm at this location was very Rude And very Argumentative.. first off I placed my order over the phone and the order was repeated back to me and the total so once I arrived to pick it up they ain’t have my order so she the GM place the order again AND WHEN IT WAS DOWN I WASNT SATISFIED WITH MY CHEESE MOST BESTEST AND WHEN LETTING HER KNOW SHE CAUGHT A UGLY ATTITUDE SO ILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN EVER.. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING SOMEONE ABOVE HER TO VOICE MY CONCERNS

That pizza cost each 7:99 dollars I bought two pizza it was 1559 with tax it cost 1650 they pay 37 cents and do not come this pizza is not worth ffind someone else Domino is cheap

Did everything that was said on the recording to place our order - at the end was sent a door dash driver with wrong drinks. Driver could not help, did not speak English and we were directed to call the store directly. When calling the store the first thing I was told was we are closed you have to call back tomorrow. Finally spoke about the order and was told we have to call door dash to get it corrected. That little Caesar’s has no control of what the door dash people come in and grab and it was not their fault.
Completely unacceptable. Could not refund us for the wrong drink - said they would have to refund the full order and then said they could not refund the order.

So my husband and I come here almost on a daily. The other night we ordered crazy bread threw the drive threw.. We got home and the ends of the bread were hard! So we called in and spoke to a younger woman and she way really nice and told me I could come in for my replacement and said there ovens have been doing that lately (she even wrote down my name!) Called in to see if I could get my replacement and the lady on the other end couldn’t understand English…told me to come in. Came in to get them and was told that “she’s only doing it this one time because she doesn’t have complaints at her store”and basically accused me of stealing breadsticks and disrespected me in front of customers as well! Lady I work at a hospital, I pay my taxes and I don’t steal! I hope you take a class in customer service because you’re rude! Also start giving out receipts in the driveway and we wouldn’t have this issue!
