There are a lot of bad reviews for this location but my experiences have always been great. Whether i call in to order, do it online or in person the staff have been friendly, attentive and professional. Our orders have always been made amazing; tasted great, made to order and have had no complaints. I frequent here a lot, whether grabbing something for lunch or dinner, it is always a good experience overall.

What is this??? There is no cheese or sauce on the bottom. What is going on? How does this even happen? Completely unacceptable!!!

They close doors 15 min before close time.
Pizzas constantly cold and not sliced appropriately.

Manger at night with long hair had an attitude problem and swears when the store is packed with customers and kids. He refused to sell crazy puffs at 6:53pm when they are supposed to be sold until 8. Worst night manger I have ever came across.

They supposed to close at 10 but 9:20 they already locked up there just in there chillen 🤷🏻‍♂️

The online pizza we ordered was not fresh when I picked it up. I was there waiting for it. Got home, and the pizza was old. I think they tried to pass on a "fresh and ready" that was rewarmed as a fresh pizza. We had to eat it because we paid for it, it's freezing outside and I don't want to go back out to make it right at the store. Hopefully, a manager will reach out to me to make this right.

If I wanted a pizza that had been sitting there, I wouldn't have ordered one online, so it would be fresh... why do this to folks??!!

Website down yesterday and today. No one answered phone so when i went inside the girl said the systems are down and she can't honor any discounts they are offering. Pretty unfortunate forst experience here

Worst location I have ordered from. First off, I could not order online as the app does not let you chose Colorado as the state. Okay, not a big deal so we called in to place our order. Was told over the phone that it would take about 15 minutes from 6:50 p.m. I walked into the store to pick up my order, I gave him the name on my order and the worker who greeted me walked to the back right side of the store where I seen one pizza in a square box just sitting there on the counter in the back and then I watched him box up my deep dish pizza. I also ordered a crazy bread combo and Caesar wings. I live a mile & half away and when I got home all my food was room temperature. I called the store back to let them know and I automatically got told that it is because of my drive time home & he tried to guarantee that the warmers they use are at 160 degrees. I explained that the veggies (mushrooms, onions, and green bell peppers) on my deep dish weren’t even cooked into the pizza and visually looked like they were just throw on top after the pizza was cooked since they were still raw. I let him know that none of my food was in the warmer when I picked it up & it was as if my food was just sitting there until my deep dish pizza was ready. I did not get an apology or nothing. I am writing this review because Forrest B hung up on me and gave me the run around rather than trying to make things right. I believe he is the manager of this location. Forrest B is the name on the receipt. This place is a joke just like their customer service, worst $43.00 ever spent on pizza. All my food had to be warmed up in the microwave which is ridiculous since their motto is “hot&ready”. Should of checked the rating (2.9) before ordering from here I guess

Why are they requesting a tip when I go in and get my own pizza....?

Unbelievable service. Walked in and said I had a pick up order. Told them my name and was told it’d be a few more minutes. Waited 20-30 minutes and went up to the counter. The teeny at the register asked what I wanted as if I’d been waiting in plain sight for no reason. I mentioned I’d received an email ten minutes ago saying my order was ready. She checked, and sure enough, it was ready.

There’s a lot of things this place is bad at and zero things they’re good at.

Avoid the trouble and drive to a location that’ll acknowledge you and save you some time.
