Every time I come here something is wrong from missing items, having another customers order, or my frappe that I ordered curbside pickup coming out 15 mins later and watered down. The restaurant is never clean there are always crumbs, napkins and, straw paper everywhere.

I honestly regret going to this McDonald's every single time they short me on my order! I always check, but the couple of times I don't, my order is always incomplete, like tonight! Your prices are not low either.. the reason why I didn't look to check my order is because I was waiting in your line for almost 15 minutes. Every time I decide to come to this store, I have to come, knowing I will be in their line 20 minutes minimum. Really unpleasant every single time. I always go to other McDonald's to avoid yours and trust I will not return here as close as it is to home.

Literally the most disgustingly dirty establishment I’ve ever been in. Every single table, yes I checked every single table because the place was empty, had crumbs and oil stains. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. There was so much trash on the floor, literal quarter sized trash, to even a gallon size empty juice container in between seats. Don’t come inside. They don’t want you to eat in here. I can’t imagine it being clean in the back/kitchen! I physically and mentally couldn’t get myself to eat here like I had originally planned. Photos weren’t worth my time, I couldn’t spend another minute inside this place. I do hope it improves and plan to come back soon. Will definitely mentally prepare myself to be able to take pictures the next time
