I can't believe that on my birthday of all days I can't even get helped at drive thru then to go inside and told it was my fault they were watching me in camera five different people were helped in other lane kept moving after first couple cars and nothing backed out went inside just for some women to explain we were watching you in camera but guess they thought I was sitting there for fun this place is got to be the worst McDonald's around and they can be happy cause I will never go back again

Waited for over 20 minutes for my food and when it was brought out to me it was missing items. I sent my son in to get the missing items and I have been here for a total of 35 minutes. Not sure if the manager or the employees are incompetent but it has been the worst customer experience in years.

Got 4 double cheeseburgers and there was no cheese
Waited in line for 25 minutes for breakfast when I got to the menu bored to order it was a minute passed breakfast time and I was told I could no longer order breakfast. They didn’t not even offer and apology they just said they were under staff and there was nothing they could do. Then when I got to the window I was told to park because they still needed to cook items for lunch. This was honestly such a frustrating experience and I really hope you guys do better.

Do not order online mobile curbside pickup. You will wait 20 mins and have to go inside to check on it. The order was incomplete. They will not issue a refund over the phone. Very disappointed.

Its a McDonald's. The workers don't like to hand out condiments. You put them on your order and someone decides you dont need those. The lady who brought me the food was nice and went and got them but she shouldn't of had to. There is a homeless presence in the area so bathrooms are locked.
