I stopped by the drive-thru for a large coffee. I've stopped by this place before. This time the coffee tasted very watered down, however I was too far to turn around. I called to ask if they changed their coffee brand so I don't stop again in the future. Someone answered after several rings, when I started to talk about the coffee they hung up on me. I tried calling back and it just rang. Guess I'll be skipping this place for my breakfast and coffee.

Didn’t matter what you order through the drive through they will park you and make you wait minimum 8 min this is unacceptable what happened to fast food being fast and cheap McDonald’s double cheese used to be 1$

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Parking lot was full but the restaurant was empty. Maybe the cars are all employees or maybe the next restaurant over. Bathroom was clean. I did ask for help with ordering on the kiosk.but the guy just walked away. Maybe he didn't hear me. Idk. it's got a play place for the kids and lots of seating. Some tables wrre dirty bit overall good visit. Was in and out within 10 mins.

The absolutely worse McDonald’s I have ever eaten at and they repeatedly mess it up over and over again. My large fry not even filled. Order 2 double cheeseburgers no pickle they come plain. My mccrispy was disgusting bread was hard and crunchy. You would think at some point the owners would do something about the continuous nasty food sent out.

Rock hard bun cold hamburger. Took one bite and spit it out.
We waited 35 minutes for a few happy meals and then once we got them we had to ask for our drinks. They forgot our iced tea so we had to ask for that too! We will never order inside again.

I would like to apologize for whatever occurred that prompted you to treated my food as if it were a disobedient dog in a third world country. I am a bit of a DIY person, but I do try to avoid assembling my own sandwiches when that is included in the cost. I too also understand how hard wrapping things can be. I tend to pay for things pre wrapped from Amazon or the extra at the store to have them do it. I also do not receive training in this as I would expect the staff there to. Not sure if it is a training issue or if your staff just have a penchant for hate wrapping sandwiches and then fastballing them into the bag. Another unique note- not sure how you gave me hashbrowns fresh out of the fryer but yet magically soggy. Someone there should be at Hogwarts and not getting paid too much to violently abuse people's food, of which they too had to work to pay for.
All in all, abysmal experience and I will make sure to avoid angering the assembly line again by driving to another location in the future. Thanks!

I went through the drive thru, and I had ordered a 13-count box of their chocolate chip cookies. They said they only had 3 ready at that time, but I asked If they could make a fresh batch for me and they said absolutely. They were sooooo good, and still warm and soft. I did feel a little guilty taking my time getting home eating the cookies on the way! Lol

I live closer to parkway drive McDs but I rather come here. Staff is friendly. I’ve worked fast food before so I know sometimes mistakes can happen but it gets addressed right away with no hesitation. My kiddos love this playplace. Very clean and well kept
