This place sucked. It shouldn't have taken over 10 minutes to get a small chicken sandwich meal. Had maybe 5 other people inside. Other customers who came in after me got there order first. Not sure what the issue was and was offered no explanations or apologies. Only good thing about the food was warm fries.

They forgot my fries, had to go back. Then when I got home, They forgot another fry, put cheese on my burger( I didn't want cheese on the 2 cheeseburger meal). And it was cold. I wasn't even mean or anything when I went back. I don't get it.

I paid $2.49 for 2 tablespoons of ice cream?? Anytime I order this ice cream cone it's big - at least 4x than what I got today. Order took forever to get and when I did get it the ice cream was melted. I understand you're busy but maybe make the ice cream right before giving to customer? Very dirty and filthy floors. Tables aren't wiped down. Very disappointed. Staff didn't offer refund or replacement. How were you not embarrassed to serve me this cone?

this McDonald’s was exceptional today they had some of the best french fries and coffee that we have had in a while. The staff was exceptionally friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. I felt they were cheerful from the moment we walked in. Bathrooms in the store were exceptionally clean, and all the tables were without trash. Very wonderful experience thank you very much.

Actual green mold on egg, response was to email feedback, why? what is that going to do? I'd rather let everyone see that the owners are lazy and don't check food quality.

Missing items in bags and sizes of drinks were mediums when I paid for larges. Bacon was hard as rock on the breakfast sandwiches. The worker that we interacted with was nice when we asked for help on kiosk. That was a good thing though to have polite people. So that was a plus.

We were here on Halloween night. They were fairly busy inside with a full drive thru line, yet the service was prompt and professional. This was probably the best McDonalds I have been to.

My 5 year old son loves McDonald’s so I end up going there a lot for treats or when I don’t have time between activities to make meals. It can be a pain to find ones with a play place. My son has been wanting to go to one with the games you can play on the touch screens, this one has 2 of them. The play structure isn’t very exciting but the slide is extra long. It also has a cute play area on the side that is musical themed and makes interactive sounds. I ordered a caramel flavored hot coffee (with a free drink monopoly coupon) and added whipped cream. I appreciated that they put caramel drizzle on top as well.

Worst service ever. Went through the drive through ordered a #3 and a large Dr pepper. They parked me in spot #1 food came out the pop was flat they brought out a different pop it was flat tried to tell the lady, she told me she was cold and went in the store, so I went in the store she told me its all the same, asked for a coffee type drink, she told me no it was more money,she gave me back a dollar, went to eat my #3 and it was the wrong sandwich. There is a language barrier going on in this store.
