I hit the drive up window at 5pm, got a number #3 that was old and cold and probably cooked at noon. But got an outstanding coke as always. Probably because it's the only product they have no choice but to make fresh every time

Store always closes at 10pm when stated online that they close at 12am. We waited 25 minutes because the drive thru lost our order when there were no customers. Rude employees as well.

I have never been so upset with an employee. They told me that the Burlington Ditch was horrible. My son in a who is in a wheelchair reasonably reacted to this statement by getting up and walking on his hands over to the employee. Once he was over to the employee he was angry because of the comments about the Burlington Ditch. So he reasonably spit on the employee. While this went on a fellow Burlington ditch enjoyer wrote a review to document the situation. However this didn’t affect what happened because me and my son were kicked out a permanently banned from all McDonalds nationwide. Needless to say, I am incredibly infuriated.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for about eight years & yesterday I went around 10:40 AM and I got a hot and spicy with some small fries. I could not stop throwing up for about 24 hours after I ate that there’s something seriously wrong with the food there I consider myself to have a strong stomach, but that really felt like torture.

Sometimes its so depressing there. Customers arguing over stupid reasons and employees being forced to comply to customer's stupid arguments because they won't budge otherwise and keep making a fuss.
THE WORST McDonald’s location. NEVER GO HERE! I waited patiently at the window for 20 because I was hungry and on my way home from work, only to be told they didn’t have my order. I asked for a refund just to get a bad attitude from the “manager” TERRIBLE SERVICE! I never received my food.

I stopped by the drive-thru for a large coffee. I've stopped by this place before. This time the coffee tasted very watered down, however I was too far to turn around. I called to ask if they changed their coffee brand so I don't stop again in the future. Someone answered after several rings, when I started to talk about the coffee they hung up on me. I tried calling back and it just rang. Guess I'll be skipping this place for my breakfast and coffee.

I paid with a debit card and they gave it back to another customer while they had me move to another parking spot and just said oops and sorry
