Bad service , workers on the phone , 15 min to get the order

Checked in for a pick up. Waited 5 minutes with NOBODY in the drive through. I was able to reverse and pull the the drive through window. I then discovered my order was ready 2 minutes ago. The manager at the window had nothing but attitude and told me I should have checked in sooner. The lady should know you can’t until you are in a spot. Called to talk to a different manager about it and was dismissed of my experience. When asked if they are corporate or franchise I got told they can’t disclose that. I can NOT believe the level of service multiple managers gave me.

I want to say that I am first not one to complain about fast-food, but I just had a different and worse experience this time. I was waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-thru for the new strip meal and two burgers, I understand if there might be a wait, but the issue was i waited for an order that was missing almost all my fries napkins and sauce as well as being told that my order was touched by someone else. To be fair they told me if i would like it remade except i didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes and It seemed they were busy.

Gave me half the order at the window and asked me to pull forward and wait. More than 5 minutes later and appx 8 cars getting their food behind me, the guy bringing the food out has no idea what order he has and asks me to go through the bag to check if it's the right one. Low and behold the one he gave me wasn't mine. Watched him take the bag back and go straight to another car. Keep an eye on the food runner if you wanna be sure nobody else is touching your food

The fries were literally raw, not even cooked. They gave the food to the car in front of us then got it back to give to us. The chicken nuggets tasted like they had been in the box sitting around all day. The only thing that was good was the Hi-C Orange drink. Unfortunately this is standard everytime we go to this location, avoid at all costs there is a better McDonald's down Tower Road.

This location cannot get an order correct.... EVER. We literally have to go back to get the correct/missing food every time (not once have they gotten our order correct whether large or small) and they refuse to contact, or provide contact info, for the franchisee. Don't count on this place improving.

Not too bad. Standard friendly service you would expect. Quick service. What makes it a 3 for me is that they constantly forget something in my order, EVERYTIME. Sauces, straws, napkins, and caramel in my caramel iced coffee. It's just the small things, but it's everytime I order without fail.
