It's McDonalds. This location gave me two Sausage egg McMuffins instead of a standard mcmuffin plus a sausage one. This was an online order as well. Food was still good and fast.

The staff was friendly, but dine-in is really slow. The point of fast food is you sacrifice some quality for getting your food quickly. The table service model just doesn’t bring the food fast. It took 15 minutes to get one sandwich, fries and drink! There was only one other party inside the restaurant. McDonald’s used to be fast - those days are gone.

They messed up my order and the cashier said he would fix it, the other person handing over the food was fighting with us about the fries and stuff they missed, manager comes up very aggressively amd thows my food in my hand, as a manager myself I find the way she acted unprofessional even though we were very civil about the whole situation. Latina manager should not be a manager.

The soft serve ice cream was horrible! Taste like ice milk instead of creamy ice cream. They don’t even fill the cup up.

It’s been 20 minutes, and I am still fuming about the service I received today at the drive through window!! The blonde lady with the baby tattoo on her neck was extremely rude and did not know my order, even though it was in her hand as my ice cream was melting!! As we all know, ice cream is a treat when ordering from McDonald’s! She was asking me my order???? The only great feed back I have to say that is the manager was amazing, he defused the situation and made her walk away, however this lady kept talking rudely! He again removed her and he was amazing!! Kudos to this amazing gentleman!! Thank you for being so nice. As for this unprofessional employee, she needs to be trained in etiquette and professionalism.

Was it great to be able to go here on the way to the hospital for surgery so that my driver could get some food the service was super fast. And the gal was very pleasant at the window really appreciated. A positive attitude first thing in the morning.

I never write a review but time amd time over this Mcadonalds always messes up my order and then expect me to pull to the side and wait. This time I only ordered one thing a happy meal and they couldn't get that right. Then I thought to complete the survey they give you on your receipt and that wouldn't work. I swear customer service has went out the door. Its all about making that money. So greedy. I will not be going back to any location. Ugggg so frustrated!

This is supposed to be a medium fry. Ridiculous
Checked in for a pick up. Waited 5 minutes with NOBODY in the drive through. I was able to reverse and pull the the drive through window. I then discovered my order was ready 2 minutes ago. The manager at the window had nothing but attitude and told me I should have checked in sooner. The lady should know you can’t until you are in a spot. Called to talk to a different manager about it and was dismissed of my experience. When asked if they are corporate or franchise I got told they can’t disclose that. I can NOT believe the level of service multiple managers gave me.
