I had an early delivery with only a couple hours of sleep and have been hurtin all morning. Thank you thank you thank you for the much needed, perfectly made sausage McMuffin, hash brown and caramel coffee. Y’all are the unsung heroes of fast food breakfast and you saved my day from being a survival. Thank you!

I worked here for almost a year and the whole functioning of this location is embarrassingly terrible. Very disorganized and unprofessional, very few workers value the experience of the customers and majority gossip often. Scheduling manager yanked me and said "Puto Madre" because I was helping a customer while he was telling me to write down another's order because they didn't know how to write in english.

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. The orders are rarely correct, the burgers are rarely made correctly. It’s slow, the employees can’t get orders straight, and the food always looks like it was briefly sat on before being bagged.

Worst franchise. We ordered two fish o fillet. One with no cheese; instead of removing cheese they removed tartar sauce. The fish fillet was also very dry and felt that it was a day old because that was not fresh.P.S. the box said no american cheese but instead we got the sandwich with no tartar sauce

Interesting someone said the cleanliness was okay. That is not the case for the kids area. Not good, it needs to be cleaned. There are crumbs in every crevice, an active leak where kids are falling. It’s a good main lobby but the kids area needs some serious attention.

Worst customer service! Drive through rude and unprofessional!

They mess up my orders all the time. Today they were rude and unprofessional on the intercom in the drive through. They almost always make me park and wait for my food at the drive through. Today the teenager that brought my food out looked like he was stoned and was mumbling and he only gave me half my food.

Not expecting much from a fast food joint but this was terrible. Buns stale, burgers/fries cold, and condiments on cheeseburgers literally falling out the side into the wrapper. Too bad I took my "meal" to go, or I would have spoken to the manager. Waste of $10.

We have been visiting this place for about a year, and it was always good. Recently food quality and service became worse. It is hard to resolve issues directly with stuff, because they barely speak English. No apologies for missing or incorrect items.Today we as usual ordered breakfast and got junk. Hot cakes are extremely bad, not fresh and hard to chew. One sandwich came with someone’s bite on it. All buns were not fresh too. And it seems like it was just warmed yesterday food.
