Last time I had panda from this location was not the best experience. I got the notification my order was ready so I went to get it. It wasn't ready yet. Last month by accident, I ordered my food to a panda in New Mexico. When I called the new Mexico location to request a refund, they told me they couldn't help me. I needed to wait 3 days. So I went to this location, and one employee (I think the manager) was able to help with every step to get money back.
Service, Food and cleanliness of this establishment is worthy of the 5 stars. I was very politely greeted by the manager who was also friendly and welcoming. She offered me to try the new items on the menu and took my order promptly and accurately. Upon trying the food, I have to say this was on the top 10% of Panda Express I’ve tried, food was fresh, portions were huge and the staff was professional.I will stop at this location every time I’m in the area.
