Customer service is the worst I have recived in a long time. they messed up order and said they would send new pizza right away an hour and 40 minutes later I go to complain to the store and pick up the right pizza the person that said she was the manager said it was what it was if I didn't like to go to a different store

I ordered pizza at 11:43 PM, and the app confirmed delivery by 12:11 AM. It’s now 12:42 AM, and I still haven’t received my order. The store isn’t answering, and trying to reach someone to complain has been a nightmare. I will never order from this place again I will order Dion’s, papa John’s, or dominoes before this trash

Coupons not honored at this store. We have ordered a ridiculous amount of pizza from this location and we have ignored all of the bad experiences until now. This store does not honor this coupon. Then why am I receiving spam emails daily? Never ordering here again. Update: I found a much better picture. The email that states that this coupon is in fact supposedly honored at this store. ?♂️

Just don’t order from this location. Twice I’ve order from here and they messed up my order . The second time they only gave me credit for their mistake. The first time I made an order online of half cheese and half with topping.when I received it the order was wrong. I called customer service and they made things right. I was very pleased with them fixing the order and being professional about it. But honestly this place just sucks at delivery time and making the order right. Honestly save your money and don’t order here
