Saturday August 30th my wife went in with my two baby boys to put an order & asked if anyone can come take her order as she was waiting for a while now. This guy talks to her saying NO, to do it online as they were backed up with orders & dropping F bombs at her & calling her the B word. He kicks something & goes outside but comes back not even 2 minutes later. I believe he goes by Elijah but I’m not 100% sure. He had no name tag. We did call the higher ups & will be going in Sunday morning to file a complaint. (A African American man who also works there saw the whole thing & was laughing about the incident.

Female manager has a horrible attitude and frankly I’m not sure how she’s kept a job this long. Employees are vaping and using THC pens inside the building, eating and drinking near the line where food is prepared. Food is decent but overpriced.

I placed an order, but after an hour with no update, I called to check on it. I was told the order had failed—even though the status showed it was being prepared. I was charged for it, spoken to rudely, and never received my order.

I had a terrible experience at the Pizza Hut in Commerce City, CO, and I feel people should be warned. William, an employee there, was extremely rude — not just to me, but to everyone I saw him interact with. He gave a lot of attitude from the start and made no effort to be polite.

It honestly felt like he was annoyed to even be there. His tone was disrespectful, his body language aggressive, and he clearly had no interest in providing decent service. I wasn’t the only one he treated poorly — other customers were getting the same dismissive, unprofessional attitude.

There’s no excuse for this kind of behavior in customer service. I won’t be going back, and I highly recommend others take their business elsewhere until this location learns how to treat people with basic respect.

I waited 40 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 20 mins. I waited the 20 extra mins in the store, for chicken wings. When the kid finally brought em he threw them and the ranch dressing on the counter. I'll pay more for better food and service up the street at Dion's. Or settle for less at Little Caesars.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. On Superbowl Sunday we did have to wait quite a bit longer after our order was stated ready but that is to be expected on such a busy day. Even though it was a wait, they ensured the quality of our food even with such high volume and that was much appreciated. People were being extremely rude while waiting for their food and treating these workers horribly. I just want to make sure they are noticed for how hard they worked to ensure everyone got their food and the level of professionalism that they maintained while people treated them so poorly. Thank you all again for making my food with such good quailty so that I could enjoy my superbowl sunday!

William at the front counter was awesome! He was so friendly to me and all the other customers. It was busy, but he was fast and efficient and made an effort to remember returning customers name. It was refreshing to see a young person enjoying work on a Friday night. The food was also great tonight as well!

With customer service being far and few between, tonight Elijah and Jacob went out of their way to give that to us. They were kind and helpful and the team made us a really good pizza on a night that we did not want to cook dinner. That kind of customer service will keep us coming back. Thank you guys! Customer service is the worst I have recived in a long time.
they messed up order and said they would send new pizza right away an hour and 40 minutes later I go to complain to the store and pick up the right pizza the person that said she was the manager said it was what it was if I didn't like to go to a different store

Pizza was doughy and asked for extra light sauce and was 1/4 inch thick. Said it would be 30 to 45 minutes and it arrived in 23 minutes. Nice time but pizza was wrong.

I ordered pizza at 11:43 PM, and the app confirmed delivery by 12:11 AM. It’s now 12:42 AM, and I still haven’t received my order. The store isn’t answering, and trying to reach someone to complain has been a nightmare. I will never order from this place again I will order Dion’s, papa John’s, or dominoes before this trash
