If I could rate this place 0 stars. I would. Everytime I come here they are out of almost everything. All the staff is rude especially the ones taking orders. Food looks like crumbs I would not recommend to come here this place sucks!

Came by late at night with my work truck that does not fit through the drive through.The dine room was closed but the employees working opened the door to let me put in an order inside and had me wait in the parking lot for my order.While waiting for my food I had to write them a great review.? Customer service.

Ok, the price for their plain old chicken with mayo and a slice of pickle on a bun is really too expensive (about $5, should be $2 tops!) But, they're just so darn good that when I'm craving one, nothing else will do! LOL! It's a great, once in a while, "expensive", cheap treat.

Ok, sometimes you're just craving an over fried chicken sandwich, but the staff at this location always make me change my mind. The staff at this location are always rude and appear to be inconvenienced. I'll go months without going and decide to try it again and I'm always let down by the quantity if customer service which is abysmal at best. I wouldn't trust the food coming from here anyway, if the staff are that rude, imagine how they clean and care for the food. Think twice!

A whole lotta chicken, that's probably been sitting out for a whole lotta time... Surprisingly the chicken was warm. So I'll give them that. Had some wings and strips that were free using the app so that was a plus. I ordered ahead but it wasn't ready when I arrived. Customer service was non existant, and no care was given to get my sauces correct as ordered, just tossed a couple ranches in the bag. Also gotta love the 3 dollars plus for a soda.

Went through drive thru. Ordered a 24pc wings and on the receipt it shows 4 dipping sauce. Got home and there was only 2 ranch. This place is so stingy with their condiments.

So my husband and I came here (mind you were sick so we wanted something good.) We went through the drive through and I got the 1/4 shrimp with fries. My fries were so hard my dog wouldn’t eat them and I hardly got any shrimp. On top of that they don’t even answer the phone when you call!!! I’ll be going back up there tomorrow to speak with a manager!

This had to have been the oldest, greyest, skinniest, hardest, shriveled, most disgusting Popeyes chicken I’ve ever had. How the employees thought it was acceptable to toss chicken that old and hard into a customer’s bag is just insulting. At least take a look at the chicken you’re selling and ask yourself if you think that’s acceptable…
