The tattooed girl who takes orders has a bad attitude and makes us feel uncomfortable with her attitude and poor customer service experience

Theres never enough chili in the breakfast burritos. Breakfast burritos are usually dry and filled with eggs. I watched the person making the breakfast burritos use one scoop of chili for 5 breakfast burritos. Seems like sacrifice speed of making the burritos over the quality for customers.
Best green chili, we used to go every Friday morning and the service is okay, the flavor is so so as well. BUT last Friday we decided to on the evening around 6 and OMG it's like a whole different restaurant. Service 10 stars and food delicious. The plates look a lot more presentable. I got green enchiladas with a lot of extra stuff obvious paid more but it was all worth it. I think it depends on what you want some extra stuff is $1, $2 up to 5 for guacamole. I really recommend paying the extra to add more and go in the afternoon.

Only reason I went for 3 stars on the food is because I thought the portions were incredibly smaller than you get at any other santiagos! Otherwise, it's one of my favorite places to eat!

The saddest “Mexican” food I’ve ever had. Was at the emergency vet next door… went for some lunch, not worth it. Meat was dry and bland, hot sauce costs extra. Would have bought some if I knew there was no flavor in my food.
