Yummi hot/extra smother sauce, I really only order breakfast and bean and cheeese burritos aside from that I can't rate other menu items. The inside food on the burritos is also good and tasty but I won't give them a 5 star on the burritos because the tortilla is never pressed before wrapping and since it isn't the tortilla becomes soggy and very sticky almost feels like an uncooked raw tortilla.If they pressed the tortilla against a flat skillet or "comal" I would definitely give a 5 star on the burritos.

I had a cheeseburger and fries. Asked for mayonnaise, they said they don't have any. Asked for salt and pepper, they said they don't have any. The fries were oily and soft. I will not be returning.

Wr order online and showed up 10 minutes later and drive minutes to our house, I'm sure tostads do not get soggy that quick and the person who answered the phoned rude. I've been eating santiago's since Carmen open the first one in Brighton you food sucks!

It was super busy. When I got my breakfast burritos, they were all very messy and not put together very well. The staff was not super friendly, but again, very very busy. Small, not anywhere to sit to eat because there were so many people waiting on food. Definitely recommend ordering online and going to pick up.

I love Santiagos’s and been making orders about a year now at Brighton location amazing!! Never have ordered at this location! I went in 5-10 minutes before closing. My fries were a big disappointment food not fresh also chicharrón and barley any chille, I ate very little of it, hour later I became very sick. I will go to urgent care plus I did not throw away food will save it and calling health department! :(

So. The food is good. I've had experiences where they give me the wrong food and what not and they offer to correct it and have at one time given me free burritos because they messed up my order. But what the staff doesn't understand... Is when I ask for and pay for extra on a burrito that I really do want my extra... I attached a photo... Of their extra tomato's... Count them... 5. I guess I got 1 extra?

First I’ll start by saying I have supported this location since they opened. Unfortunately the last time I went was not good service . I ordered 6 chicken tacos and 10 beef tacos. When I got home I found that all the tacos were beef. The rest of my family eats beef but I do not. I called the store and manager right away but not answer: I left a voicemail for the manager and still have not heard back. The sign on the wall says call and we will make it right. Which I understand things happen . This is just failure to follow up and is bad customer service.

Girl with the half blonde half black hair is a rudest, most angry person I’ve ever dealt with. Not only to me but her co-workers. Tired of the attitude when I come in 3-4 days a week. Avoid this place for your own sake!!!
