Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

Thanks for totally screwing up our order. We ordered ahead of time because we were driving through. There were supposed to be 6 breakfast burritos with no meat and no cheese. Instead it was no egg and cheese. I don’t eat meat. We live 3 and a half hours away and we won’t be coming through there again. That was a waste of my money because I won’t eat it. I’d give you zero stars if it would let me.

Came in with a very large order to take out of state ( we miss our Santiago’s in South Dakota) and they made it in amazing time and got us on the road asap!

all of there food and is delicious and the chilli is fantastic .But the one thing that I think is awfull is that they charge you $4.00 dollars per breakfast burrito if you dont get the one that is the meat of the day. I could handle a little upcharge but not more than the burrito I think that is just awful other than that its great.

Go to the Google reviews, it'll tell you everything you need to know about this Santiago's Location. Not only do they serve food with mold the employees do not follow the health code. I watched an employee smoke a cigarette and come back in to rolling burritos! The owner will act like they care when they absolutely can care less what they're dishing out to customers.

One word excellent, well two words actually, deliciously fantastic! Went there for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Breakfast burrito was top notch, will visit again.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN ALL OF DENVER COLORADO. The prices are the only thing that's cheap.

every time I go into the one in Lafayette I have an issue today is no exception I order 2 bean and cheese burritos mild because I have a medical condition I cant do heat. I pay in cash and I tip. I waith while the cashier speakes to the assembly people I do not know what was said. I get my food I turn down the offer of cutlery and thank them. I got home with my food the chili leaks all over but it doesn't matter because its hot not mild again after I was specific not rude mind you just an old lady on oxygen ordering 2 bean burritos. Why can't I just get my order as asked ? I guess I can just spend my money elsewhere I can't imagine I am the only person that this happens to but it won't keep happening to me. good luck keeping customers if you don't value their wants

Service was really good. Everyone is very nice. The potatoes in the breakfast burritos are flaky and dry.

I ordered a mild spicy bean and cheese burrito and a large Coke. What fantastic customer service!!! Much better than what most of those big fast food restaurants provide. A lot of them only have ONE cashier, but this tiny restaurant has TWO cashiers. You can even order your food online. One of the cashiers came out from behind the cash register, once everyone had ordered and wiped down the counter, and then she took out the trash next to the cash registers. One of the cooks also wiped down the counter, where they pass out the food, while I was waiting for my burrito. You don't usually see employees doing that in those big brand fast food restaurants. However, a lot of them are understaffed and most of their attention is placed on the drive through window customers. The burrito was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant on Broadway in Englewood, Colorado.

Staff are excellent here and the food is always tasty and fresh! Just now found out they have an "extra hot" sauce!

Pretty average mexican food.

I am literally lost for words! Came to this place and ACCIDENTALLY drove past the first window and the girl started screaming at me saying “are you going to pay for your food “ she came to the 2nd window and I apologized for driving past the first window and she grabbed my money from me and rolled her eyes at me… she handed me my food and I told her she needs to chill and she said don’t make me beat you ass

I can’t even believe this service … how unprofessional

I will NEVER be back and making sure I tell everyone I know !!
