I ate here Saturday 11/9 - ordered a simple hot dog and vanilla shake. Within 12 hours I was extremely sick ending up in UCHealth ER with food poisoning. Be careful here!

We went after a long day of kids sports practices to grab some food before finally heading home. They took forever to come onto the intercom and then said "if you're ordering food you need to come through the drive thru" and ended it. Didn't allow questions etc. This was after waiting for 15 mins and pushing the button twice to get a response. They were not busy and had plenty of staff standing around. They were incredibly rude we will never be returning to this location and will absolutely warn others not to as well. I think a full restaff is needed. Why have the bays if ordering isn't happening through them?

They usually mess up my order. And I usually let it slide. But I am never coming back after tonight. A fly trap FULLLLLL of dead bugs dangling in the window of the kitchen. UNACCEPTABLE and disgusting. Don’t believe it? Go check it out.

The burgers and hot dogs were okay. I really wanted to like it more. The commercials make it look so good. Didn't try the combo flavored drinks or shakes. Those are specialty items for Sonic, maybe they would have made it better.
Left half my order out if the crew was off there phone it probably wouldn't be so bad
