They tried to charge 0.79 cents for a water. A bit ridiculous. Have some respect for the store that you run and your customers who keep you running. McDonalds doesn’t even charge for tap water. Not the employees fault but the owners need to have a look at themselves.
quality has gone down, prices, and just general nickel and diming pricing has taken over. Just a terrible sonic

Shakes were watery liquid, order took 20min to get 3 shakes. This place will be the next to close down. No idea how it stays in business. Wont waste my time here again

Ordered a Breakfast Burrito in the Drive-Up, was served the most laziest rolled tortilla that I have ever seen. Apparently the staff making the food here needs some further training on proper execution of Menu Items. Burritos are rolled in a way that both ends are closed preventing food from falling out, what I was served was an oversized Breakfast Soft-Taco where almost half of it fell out when I unwrapped the foil.

they got my order wrong forgot my #3 too! and some ingredients on my #11 and for the first ones there they take a long time!
There were 5 french fries in my order. I counted. You can't make this up.

Lights were turned out while we were in the drive thru an hour and 10 minutes before the closing time listed. My burger was barely above room temp same with the tots. I was coming off a really extended flight, so I was really wanting some good hot food. Massively disappointed. Person taking order and giving food seemed disinterested in the work

I placed an order ahead order. I sat in the pick up area for 30 minutes then I finally decided to Go to the drive-through To ask about my order. Which then they told me oh because you ordered several orders, we don’t know if it was you. But They knew it was me when I pulled up to the window?? So then I received my cold order All the lettuce and everything was soggy from it basically sitting there for 40 minutes Thank you, sonic

My wife placed a mobile app order. She waited 15 minutes in the mobile order stall & no food. Finally went to the window & they handed her a cold bag of food & said sorry. She won't complain. I called this Sonic numerous times & the phone is always busy. I wonder why? Avoid this Sonic!!!

Made a mobile order and pulled up at 310pm when it said it would be ready at 306pm. Told the girl the names it could be under. It wasn’t until 320 that the girl came out to clarify the name. I told her I am hoping that my food is fresh since it’s so late. At 327 she finally brought our food out, which was two cold burgers and three melted ice cream shakes. Super disappointed
