I’m a trucker I stopped here to get some coffee was greeted by a male worker. Definitely was not nice or cordial. Then when they made my coffee they didn’t call it out just let me stand there for 5 minutes . Terrible customer service I would never come back only thing good about Starbucks is that the coffee is HOT!!

Always speedy and most always friendly. I did want to give a special shout out to the barista named Amelia today, as she was incredibly sweet, friendly and attentive! Although they were short staffed, she apologized, gave out a sample of cold brew, and just asked how my day was while I waited. It made the experience a lot more personable and enjoyable by her doing that!☺️
I’m so sorry I bothered the barista by coming in. Since she couldn’t be bothered to even say “hi” I chose not to order anything. I’ll save my money, thanks. WAIT!! Saena saved the day !! I am changing this from a one star to a 4 star! Saena was SO KIND!!!
Went in to use the bathroom before ordering and multiple people came pounding on the door and aggressively trying to open the bathroom door. Heard people laughing and saying “should we just go open the door ha ha ha.” Came out and employees were laughing (and just standing around talking to friends who seemed to work nearby) so I just left instead of ordering. If you want people to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, stop on in for bad vibes.

We have been customers at this Starbucks before but today we were just supposed to drive by. Nick showed such kindness during our time of need. We were driving by on our way to the airport when my 6yr old daughter threw up in the car at the intersection outside. I went inside and asked for a cup of water and a trash bag. Nick provided a large ice water, two trash bags and also offered me a new clean warm wet rag and new clean dry rag. My daughter said he deserves 10 million stars for his kindness!! Thank you, Nick!

As far as the Starbucks around here go this is by far my most favorite location. Always good people and the staff has been great with far less issues with the product (stock and preparation) and so much nicer than the other choice on 104th. I have never been made to feel anything less than a valued customer here.
