This is a great Starbucks location. The baristas are all so polite, making it a comfortable environment to visit with friends over coffee, or get some work done on my laptop. A special shout to Colton for always greeting me with a smile and asking if my drink is perfect❤️🥰

I have never been more annoyed with a Starbucks. This location always gives us problems, but the best yet was waiting 45 minutes in the drive through for one drink just to get the wrong drink, having to then park and take it in to be fixed. They are always rude, and unwilling to take accountability for mistakes.

It is absolutely disheartening when you pay so much for a drink and people don’t have the respect to make the drink correctly!! This happens ALL THE TIME!! And every time me and my colleagues think things will be different and we try to give Starbucks another shot they never fail to disappoint!! Management is great in understanding when we take our drinks back and is always so respectful and helps us get our drinks remade but we shouldn’t have to take our drinks back EVERY TIME!! Prime example, this drink is all milk and flavor no coffee and no sweet cold foam! Absolutely ridiculous!
I want to highlight an employee here that is an absolutely wonderful person, Ignacio.... He is great at his job and truly gets the hospitality industry. A very kind and caring individual!!!! Thanks for being amazing Ignacio 😊😊😊
