As a former Starbucks partner this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Starbucks. I sat down to take a quick work call with the intention of buying a drink after the call. One of the baristas interrupted me during the call saying I need to purchase something in order to sit down at the Starbucks. Given that I had already bought a coffee from another Starbucks on my way there.

Starbucks fell off. They won't charge me for a cup of ice or a cup of water, but they want me to buy something that I don't want instead of just charging me for what I want. They won't even let me sit down in the lobby unless I buy something I don't want and they won't charge me for what I want. I literally have to buy a product I don't want to get a product that I want. Make it make sense.

I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, he gave me this is what he ordered, because it had caramel stripes, he told me this is what you asked for and he also charged me 1.25 for having Vanille cld fm which I never asked him like that, it's not the first time that The service is terrible, nothing like other Starbucks, this one is distinguished by its terrible baristas and customer service.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for about a year now, most days of the week! Sol and Roberto are always welcoming, polite, and positive! I don’t know most of the staff by name but Augustine deserves a shout out for his kindness and efficiency. The whole team is always very pleasant and very fast. And this year for Christmas they bought me a Christmas card signed by the staff which was a wonderful personal touch! 5 stars across the board and well deserved! Thank you all for starting my days off right!🙏🏻

If you are insisting for my name because you "just trying to place the order for me" and I am literally one and only customer, please make sure to spell it correctly. While all young ladies on your team know how to serve the custome, quickly and painless. Well... they should all thank you for earning this negative review. You don't offer an attitude to a customer before their coffee.

For the red free cup holiday drink I bought a holiday latte for the christmas cup. I asked before hand about the cup and they said they had the cup. My order was ready but no cup, I asked and the worker said they ran out but I saw another worker take a cup for herself not for another customer. Next time the workers need to clarify if they are out of stock before selling a drink. Also I ordered a medium drink but I got 90% ice and 5% drink. Thank you!

Roberto has provided unprofessional service several times in the past. I was refused the purchase of cold foam. When asked why, Roberto smirked and stated that whoever has sold me a side of cold foam in the past shouldn’t have even though it’s been done at this location as well as multiple others. So very unprofessional in the manner that he’s training other team members.

It’s crazy. My drink was remade four times the last time I know they didn’t remake it. They literally just handed it back to me. After taking it back inside. First they gave me a hot drink when I asked for an ice drink then they gave me a tall instead of a Venti and tried to tell me that it was gonna be more than when she rang it up like I told her to it was actually two dollars cheaper. The kid that took my order was unprofessional. I don’t know how many times I said a quad shot of blonde espresso over ice in a Venti cup with oat milk and 6 pumps of chai and sweet vanilla cream foam with a dash of cinnamon !!!! I still ended up with regular espresso instead of blonde regular espresso is acidic messes with my stomach !!! I’m about to take my money. I’m invest in my own equipment to make my stuff at home or find me a different establishment. We moved down the road from this one, but they’re definitely not going to be getting my money anymore. It’s really not that hard I gave them step-by-step instructions on what I wanted. Still ended up with an $8 drink I can’t drink!!!!! And not to mention, this is the third time I’ve been there And them not had oat milk.

I had gone to the location on 119 in Longmont and had absolutely horrible service and the drinks I received were awful. Came in to this location and Lex was wonderful she fixed my order and was overall great. Yall hired a good one.

There’s a lady in there with clown makeup that scared me earlier, she had some cheap red dye hair & she informed me that I could not be in the Starbucks because I was black. I thought segregation ended with the brown vs board of education separate but equal doctrine, but I guess not. I’m not surprised at this racist Starbucks since it is In a gentrified area. The food was disgusting, I ordered a chi latte & it was so hot I’m certain I could sue them for the burning hot temperature just as Stella Liebeck sued McDonald’s for their burning hot coffee. It was so dirty inside I had to re locate to outside where it was even dustier. I’m sure I caught a cold from this place. If you’re a person of color please don’t spend your hard working money at this racist coffee shop thank you.

It's been a while since I've been in this location I started working in this area again and I thought I'd come here for hour or so before work to beat the traffic the building and construction is beautifulthere's no place to sityou have to sit outside in your car.
Guessing has something to do with the homeless situation.
Other than that wasn't very happy with the customer service a bunch of little girls went back in to get my refill and it took him over 5 minutes to just greet me and say we'll be with you in a minute. With all the other competition out here you would think they would step it up or do something I've been a gold member for probably 10 years but right about now I'm definitely gonna start looking into other establishments.
