This place has always been okay but recently some of these ladies have had a serious attitude problem when it comes to fixing mistakes. I came here through the driveway and ordered a Grande when I pulled up to the window I received a tall. When told about the mistake I was treated very unkindly and with extreme attitude with one of the baristas (Abbie) snapping back at me saying NO . You ordered a small. I explained that no I had ordered a grande the drive through barista (Amanda) rolled her eyes at me and made me get out the drive through and come in to get my drink since it was “my mistake”. I didn't want to cause a stir so I did just that but I was very upset. After I came in they were all huddled talking and making me feel uncomfortable as if they were talking about me. Again I stayed quietly but this is very unprofessional. I received my drink by a much kinder person but it did seem like they just dumped the previous drink in a grand cup and added more ice. I really felt uncomfortable so I diddnt say anything and just left. It’s unbelievable that these ladies can throw such attitudes and tantrum over a simple small mistake that they made. Where is the accountability? You pay all this money for some what okay coffee and shitty attitudes? I get working in customer service can be a lot but cmon it’s early in the morning some of us are just trying to start our day on a good note with some coffee. Shaking my head disappointed in this place

I literally wanted to PURCHASE in other words BUY in other words PAY them for a large cup of ice nothing else and they told me no, they said I had to buy a regular drink in order to buy a cup of ice it literally does not get any dumber than that

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I went through the drive through ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Salted Caramel Cold Foam. The drink was not made right. I get this drink about 5 times a week, I know how it is or is not supposed to taste. I asked to get the drink remade and pulled back up to the window and the lady standing there did not even make eye contact with me. She then told me to ‘try the drink and make sure it tastes right.’ Which one is ridiculous. Even by the color I could tell the drink was STILL made wrong. They also add cinnamon there was no cinnamon in the drink. The lady working the window I believe her name was Rhonda or something with an R. She was very clearly incompetent and lacked pretty basic but vital skills that are seemingly required for costumer service.

Walked 20 minutes through the neighborhood only to find out that "lobby is closed due to short staffing". Cool. I'll walk to the drive thru. No answer. I call the location to ask if they were open. Absolutely. So I informed them I was waiting at the drive thru since their lobby was closed. I got told to get bent since I wasn't in a car.

I went through the drive thru and they swiped my card twice. I requested a receipt for the transaction and they were unable to provide it. When I asked for the customer service number or manager info Mic began yelling she’s writing it down for you. I didn't quite understand how that was my fault that she was frustrated and said I don't feel like I'm asking for anything crazy just a receipt since my card was swiped twice. She then yelled I can't get it, I don't understand the level of aggression she had. She was extremely rude, poor Avery was trying to help. I really hope someone can help Mic. For her to get that frustrated because a customer wanted a receipt for something they paid for is crazzzyyyyyy work.

I normally really enjoy Starbucks and I will see maybe the timing wasn't good, but I still need to relay my experience at the particular location today.

The servers were excellent, as usual. The issue was that it seemed like there was a SB meeting of some kind and all of the parking spots were taken, which meant having to park further away. It wasn't far at all, but it still shows short-sightedness on their part.

The baristas are extreme rude, my drink was half full when I received it and when I had said something about it the barista just looked at me and said we are shortstaffed, sorry. Did not offer to make a new one or even to fill up my cup. This location has been extremely slow and rude every time I have gone there.

Don’t bother going to this location. They constantly close the lobby without notice so you can only use the drive thru. Either hire more staff, or adjust your hours Starbucks.
