It's flu and cold season if you didn't get a flu shot.You could always try a medicine ball very good for the soul.And for the body , I even got one for the mother in law

without a doubt some of the snobbiest, most unpleasant teenagers i have ever had the displeasure of making my coffee. had the audacity to tell me “next time if you could, like, maybe try to wait a little longer before, like, picking up your order?” continued to condescendingly attempt to explain to me that a London Fog, “is really hard to make and takes too long to steep” awesome! I will now continue to order an iced london fog every time I visit this location! If it’s on the menu, I as a customer don’t need to be guilt tripped about how my NORMAL, UN-MODIFIED TEA is so unbelievably hard for a BARISTA to make. Visited at 4:30 on 12/10.

I was disappointed with my drinks this morning. Excited for the holiday menu, I ordered Caramel Brulee and it had almost no flavor. I took off the lid and found little whipped cream and no Caramel brulee crunch bits. My daughter's white hot chocolate tasted like plain milk. I didn't have the convenience of running in for them to remake ot because I had an infant and toddler in the car. I ordered food and the food was good as usual. However my order was $22 and definitely not worth the money.

Another terrible experience with is Starbucks yesterday. My drink wasn't stirred properly (and I'd know as a former Starbucks partner) so I asked them to remake it and he REFUSED. I had to argue with him for 5 mins before he got the barista to remake. She had a nasty attitude too along with another barista who seemed to be the shift. They were super condescending and had abysmal customer service skills. In my day, I would've sent them home from their shift and written them up for this. These baristas need retraining on drink recipes and basic customer service.

We had stopped in one day and unfortunately got called away before we could get our order. We came back later and both Sho and Jordan made sure we were taken care of. They were so sweet and wonderful!! Thank you!

The gals who work at this store are the rudest and laziest workers. We’ve come to this location morning and evening and no matter the shift, the girls working the drive thru have nasty attitudes. They act as though they’re doing you a favor, rather than their actual job. The drinks are sloppily made and food has been cold. Serious customer service skills and training needs to be given, or a change of crew. Until then, we won’t and encourage others to not patronize this store.

This is the third time I get my drink all messed up. Asked for light ice and they fill it up over half the cup. I was literally only able to get two sips out of this drink today because it was all ice. I asked for cold foam on top and it was a little splash of it and that’s it. The last two times my girl and I have went and ordered the same stuff and they always seems to make the drinks however they want not how we order them. The chai drinks we have gotten taste more like milk than chai and very little cold foam.

First off I ordered 3 drinks and wasnt given a cup holder. After 2 minutes of me trying to get one of the 10 girls working attention to ask for 1, I finally was handed one. Then 1 of my drinks spilt all over the counter. And to no surprise none of the 10 females working would help me. I spent $ for 3 frapps but only left with 2. What a waste of $ worst customer service I've ever encountered. To top it all off the drink that spilt was for my daughter bday today.

I sure love when my entire $8 coffee ends up all over the front seat of my car because the baristas at this location can’t seem to put the lid ALL the way on. This has happened more than once at this specific location I can’t tell you how much it sucks to not only waste money on my drink but now I am gonna have to pay to have my seat cleaned. Not cool….

The workers are so disrespectful and passive aggressive! They will treat you like you’re ignorant. I had placed an online order it’s been 10 minutes when I pulled up to the drive thru, I told them about my order “here to pick up an online order” she’s like uggh right away like do you not know we’re not magicians you’re doing to have to wait!!” The thing is I was nice and it had been 10 minutes already they were not busy at all either, but it’s fine not a big deals I can wait I don’t mind, but she kept on reappearing herself I just said okay that’s fine. When in the window she was making faces her attitude and behavior was very poor. I never gaved her a hard time I understand. I mean I have worked customer service I totally get it. Like I understand if you’re having a bad day but that’s just so mean and rude! Like sis find a different job! Anyway it’s not the first time they are rude! So I would not recommend because their vibe will throw you off plus my order was incorrect as well. It’s a long review but I just wanted to express this is not the first time they act this way! It’s 7 out of 10 times that’s how many times we’ve been there and that’s how they act. I’m sorry but no!
Literally the third time trying this particular location . Never has the cup been all the way full but this last time is ridiculous: so empty . Charge 7 dollars for a coffee fill it up to the size I ordered . And the man working the window just nonchalantly giving it to me like you wouldn’t like this service or this happening to you . Seriously I wouldn’t mind 7 dollars of they were just capable of filling up a cup .

Almost every time I come to this location my drinks never taste the way they should. On top of that the ladies have an attitude or get argumentative when we ask for our drinks to be corrected ( above worked for Starbucks before so I know that the way this location is running isn’t right). I will drive to a farther location to get my drinks now.

Every time I come to this location my drink is NEVER made right and NEVER taste the way it should. Not sure if they are just in a hurry or if they have employees that don’t know what they are doing but my drinks always taste like straight milk no flavor or anything. On top of it the other day I put in a mobile order online, came through the drive thru and gave them my name they said they would have it ready for me when I got to the window. Keep in mind I’m waiting in the line for quit a while so I’m expecting my drink and food item will be handed to me as soon as I pull up because one I’ve been waiting a while already two it was placed online a head of time. I get to the window after waiting forever and the lady tells me they are out of my choice of flavor for my tea and they are out of my food item and then asks me what I would like in replacement. So at this point after a long wait online and even placing my order a head of time on the app my stuff still isn’t made ? Why wouldn’t they ask me for my replacements when I pulled up to the ordering screen. I was 15 minutes late to work because of this. Not to mention I am a former Starbucks employee so I know how drinks should taste, I know how they should be made, AND I know that once you run out of an item you should mark them as “out of stock” on the mobile app so you don’t run into any issues like the one I ran into. This is ridiculous I hope a GM sees this and makes some changes.
