This place is a hidden gem, hole in the wall Hispanic joint, owner is in the kitchen cooking, I believe the restaurant is named after his daughter that passed away at a young age, this place is a must try. Area might not seem best when you’re pulling up if you’re not familiar with the city but do not let that stop you!

I’m always trying new breakfast places every now and then, especially when I’m out of Colorado traveling. But I just discovered a new favorite breakfast spot around Commerce City Colorado.
The food is delicious, real home style cooking and the price of this great food is great! 🤓 Didn’t expect that.
If you’re looking for a nice Diner/Breakfast spot with good food, well you’ve found it. Try them out I’m sure you’ll love the food.
As for me I will definitely be visiting again and more often.

I was little scared when I walked in, but let me tell you do not do that. The food is excellent I have the biscuit and gravy and it was incredible. Very very good gravy and the staff are very kind and attentive. The prices are excellent. So, what are you waiting for come on down to Stephanie's and have some good food with family!!
