My last visit here will be last time eating at any Subway. Got 2 footlongs thinking I had 2-4 meals. Ended up eating both and not being satisfied. The shrinkflation here has reached absurd levels. Both sandwiches looked like tacitos when wrapped. They aren't even generous with vegetables, not that these hotdog buns they call bread could hold much anyway. Worst value of any sandwich chain by a large margin.

Ordered a salad, got a power bowl with no lettuce. Ingredients missing and several others added seemingly at random. The sandwich was poorly assembled with toppings spilling out the side, but at the same time stingy with any ingredients that make it tasty like meat, cheeses or sauces. There are good Subways and bad Subways, this is a bad Subway and I will be avoiding it for any future sandwich cravings.

9/27/25 at like 9:15 am I put in a pre-order I am sick and I’ve been craving Subway. ( I’m wearing a mask going in ) And the lady ( older maybe late 30s early 40s ) messed up both of my sandwiches. I’m missing half of the stuff I asked for including meat and sauces But she had finished early and was already on making her bread for the morning. I understand that it can be frustrating when dealing with a customer when you open. But it sucks that I am paying extra money for extra toppings that I didn’t receive, And I even put in a tip before even checking my sandwiches in hopes that I wouldn’t have to.

Excellent subway 👍 Clean store , fast & friendly crew , well made sub . Ignore probably fake bad 'reviews' w no photos . I nominate Luca for employee of the month ... can you swing a paid vacation for him too 😁

I had my daughter order online for quick pick up. When I got home I realized I was way overcharged and my sandwiches were made wrong. When I called the store the manager answered. As I started to explain things to him he said I don’t have time to talk to you right now. Haha… He did end up calling me back only to say he has no control over on line orders they just make what’s on the order. I proceeded to tell him even so my order was wrong and I was overcharged. His response after arguing with me for 5 minutes was fine I’ll refund your money but I’m going to block you on the app so you can’t order from us ever again?🤣🤣🤣 Like really? It’s there mistake and instead of apologizing he threatened to stop me from shopping at his store! Like I would ever want to go back there anyway!!🤣 What an awful manager! No professional skills at all!! And I actually prefer Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mikes over Subway!! So your loss!!

This place is constantly understaffed, short of ingredients, and online orders need to add 30 minutes to the pickup time. I learned this is a corporate store and not a franchise. My wife and I - both are sandwiches were short on meat and her veggies were absent. There’s a manager and DM maximizing their P&L bonus. My family works all over the management of fast food restaurants - its negligence.

Worst damn service i have ever had tryong to order food. I had to tell the girl what sandwich i wanted atleadt 5 different times and then she threw it together without asking about cheese or anything and threw it in the toaster. I literally almost just walked out of the store because of how rediculous communicating with her was. I never leave reviews like this either but that was by far the most frustrating thing ive ever encountered trying to get dinner after a long day of work.
Never coming back to this location again and i live 2 minutes away. Ill drive my ass somewhere else to not deal with this again.

3rd time in a row ordering online, arrive to pickup, and being told they’re out of the ingredients to make several of my sandwiches. I understand maybe the manager or owner doesn’t want to make too much and have that shrink, however loosing orders (I just had my entire order of 6 sandwiches refunded) because you don’t have enough of this that and the other is different. As a business person myself I would argue that it’s better to have some shrink to GROW business vs refunding orders and dealing with that kind of shrink (the kind that doesn’t grow business). Super annoyed and feel bad for the staff that had to deal with customers way less understanding than myself. Bad choices by management equals no growth. Get rid of people who can’t rise to the occasion and prepare for business every day.

I ordered a toasted BLT, extra bacon and extra cheese. Ordered for pick up at 12:50. I arrived at 12:49 and my sandwich was already made. I thought, AWESOME!!
Lady then proceeded to open my sandwich and then add my cheese to it, then give it to me. To my surprise, my TOASTED sandwich was freezing cold, when asked if she had toasted it, she tells me yes. But you JUST put the cheese on it so that’s definitely not right. Just spent $20 on a sandwich that I won’t eat now because who gets a cold as* BLT??!
I won’t be coming back to this Subway, now I understand why this one is ALWAYS EMPTY!!

The bread has been stale the last 3 times we visited. They use 1/2 the meat as other Subways. After our 4th visit, we will not return. It is well worth the extra drive to the locations at Belle Creek or Prairie Center.
